Clean room. Friendly staff. Great location.

We had a nice 5 night stay here, large room with balcony and a good breakfast. It was quiet but still close to lots of bars and restaurants so definitely worth booking this location. The pool was nice but unfortunately sections were closed off for renovation each day of our stay and one day it was closed completely. There was also no coffee machine in the room and the staff called us as we had towels drying on the balcony we had to remove. It would be good to have a drying rack on the balcony so that you can do this without being told off! We asked about late check out and were told it would only be confirmed the morning we were to check out (11PM long haul flight from Cancun that day). We chose to pay for an extra night so we could have the room until 7PM which was worth it. Not just this hotel, but would be great if the hotel could commit to a late checkout (for a fee) in advance as finding out on the morning you are due to leave is not helpful. Overall, it was a nice hotel at a reasonable price.

Opt for the breakfast in it’s a cute little boutique hotel very centralized. Just a perfect amount of walking distance felt safe as a single girl traveler.

It is clean, two blocks from 5ta. Avenida where shops and restaurants are located. Near playa mamitas. Unfortunately, we didn't not enjoyed the beach because it was full of seaweed expelled by the ocean.

Enjoyable. Great costumer service. We received great service from each employee. We are definitely going back soon.

HM Playa del Carmen was well located and had a great pool. Our room was very clean though the beds were hard. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. I recommend getting a room not close to the pool bar as it can get noisy at night.

No benefits for VIP members Basic service. Also I ordered a cocktail at the restaurant and were terrible.. asked the waiter to replaced and he did but still charged for both . Big concern it was a Happy hour. The employees need more knowledge of how to handle this situation

Room was clean,breakfast was great with good choices of fresh Omellettes ,fruit cereal and coffee.The hotel is in a good location and easy to move around walking.Ado bus station is 5 min walk.Pool was good as well with a good selection of bites and drinks at the bar.

Nice property, great location and surprisingly quiet for being on a main road. Our stay was short, but it was perfect. We had a city view room with a nice balcony. Beds were soft, air conditioning worked well, and house keeping had our room cleaned early. I enjoyed the pool area very much

Was a great stay for breakfast would’ve been better if they had more options. And the staff were lovely people but at times they were busy with other things they were to busy to help.

Esta muy conmoda la habitacion, y el desayuno muy rico, hacen unos omeletes muy sabrosos Jesus nos atendio super bien y tienen varias opciones muy ricas para desayunar. El check in fue muy sencillo, Roman fue muy amable, el dia del check out saldriamos muy temprano y nos tenian box lunch para el camino. Tienen muy buena seguridad en el estacionamiento, los chicos fueron muy amables y disponibles para abrir aunque fuera muy temprano por la manana. La alberca esta super, muy relax. Muy cerca de la quinta avenida. Sin duda regredariamos
