it was very nice relaxing and quiet. the facilities at the resort was really nice. reception was very friendly and helpful. however, the water heater and water pressure in the studio toilet was lukewarm and low pressure. we did not stay long enough to request fixes with reception.

Property was excellent. Location perfect We have been coming to Crackenback once or twice a year for over 15 years, will there ever be consideration given to loyal repeat customers?

Fantastic stay complete with wildlife, good weather and spectacular sunsets. Room very comfortable. Only dissapointment was that the restaurant was closed in the evenings (food in the bistro was very good, but more limited menu and not the same ambiance as lakeside restaurant)

Lake Crackenback Resort is amazingly beautiful. I love this place. Each time I’ve stayed the accomodation has been modern, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. All rooms have great views. Nature is at your doorstep. It’s pricey but worth it!

Despite the wet weather, we had a great time at the resort. Lots of walks and animals to see. Breakfast included was ok. No housekeeping during the stay which was odd.

Beautiful location; chalet itself nice but no wifi; no clothes hangers; no batteries in aircon remotes; tennis courts in dangerous disrepair- ran into falling, rusted metal surrounding/enclosure; clearly no maintenance in a very long time; breakfast was always cold (ie the ‘hot’ food; shrivelled mushrooms; cold ‘toast’; cold roasted tomatoes; dinner really average despite cost; oysters not fresh - stuck to shell.). If l were an owner, I’d be worried about the quality of services offered by resort. I wouldn’t return.

All the restaurants in the area are closed in Summer.

Great studio. Had full kitchen facilities if not small. Was clean and well designed.

This is a managed development of owner occupied homes Unfortunately all the properties are different therefore the receptionist was not able to give us all the relevant information about our accommodation

Wonderful place near ski tube. We had a huge 2 bedroom Chalet with heaps of room and space and comfy beds. Breakfast could be improved.

New build accomodation lacking a bit of character and more compact than what is shown in photos. Site facilities great and very handy to ski tube.

Beautiful relaxing spot for a luxury break in the snow. The breakfast's each day are lovely and the staff attentive and friendly, best scrambled eggs ever. The ducks on the lake are a welcome addition.

Good stay overall. On the expensive side. Chalet was super clean except lots of trash under the sofa (2 bottles and an apple). The chalet did not have any privacy or views, had to keep all curtains closed. Some of the resort equipment needs maintenance, e.g. arrows and trampoline. Breakfast was ok, no revelation.
