My experience: good location for beach fire shows and parties, stairwell was unlit at night, room's "balcony" abuts the next building, bed and sheets were clean/comfortable, soap and shampoo not provided, dead bugs on floor and table, considerable late night noise. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from Tonsai Pier.

The accommodation is not cleaned properly. There was a towel of the previous person in the bathroom. The room was not exactly as planned. The room is very small and is on the 3rd floor that is reserved for the 2nd floor. The sea view is good but the staff gives good advice and speaks very well. Only good
