모든 것이 좋았어요 그 중에서도 특히 스탭들의 여유와 친절함, 전문성이 돋보였고 모든 시설이 잘 관리되고 있다는 것도 시설의 모든 면에서 보였습니드

The views from the higher floors are spectacular. The room was clean, and the staff was very service-oriented and friendly. The location is ideal with short walking distances to well-known beaches. The restaurant's buffet was great and offered a wide selection of Korean dishes. The hotel is highly recommended.

Everything was excellent except the room charge which was very expensive.😀

뷰가 너무 예뻐서 놀랬어요. 결혼기념일이라 간건데 제일 꼭대기층 배정해 주셔서 시작부터 기분이 좋았습니다. 발코니로 나가는 문에 방충망 문도 있어서 벌레 걱정없이 환기 시킬수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 침대도 너무 편안해서 푹 잤습니다. 보통 샤워 스펀지가 있는곳은 봤어도 샤워볼이 있는 곳은 처음이라 좋았어요. 바디워시 향도 좋아요. 안내되어 있는 것처럼 칫솔 치약은 없고 빗과 면봉 화장솜은 있었어요. 조식은 예상보다 좋았고 과일만 좀 아쉬웠어요. 평일인데도 사람이 많은거보니 주말은 진짜 붐빌것 같아요. 로비에 해변으로 바로 나갈수 있는 문이 있어요. 계단으로 내려가면 작은 도로가 나오고 건너면 바로 해변입니다. 계단 옆에 작은 건물이 있는데 게스트용 해변 화장실 샤워룸이라고 써 있었어요. 호텔로 다시 돌아가기전에 신발 씻는 곳도 따로 있었습니다. 뷰가 너무 좋아서 멍 때리면서 뷰만 봐도 좋았어요. 간절기라 냉방이 안된다고 해서 발코니 문을 열어놨더니 금방 시원해졌습니다. 직원들도 전부 친절했고 다음에 또 방문하고 싶어요.

It was wonderful experience this ocean view Hotel we really like it so we extended one more day to stay in this hotel no complaint.

Spectacular ocean view rooms! Generous room size and nice quiet location yet close to everywhere. Breakfast was included and food was pretty good. Gym was small but very clean with wonderful ocean views.Both indoor and outdoor pool had amazing ocean view. I think it’s time to update some bathrooms. Some tiles were chipped and the mirror inside the shower was eroding. It was generally clean but the housekeeping forgot to check inside the closet. There were dirty pair of socks inside the closet that looked like previous guests left behind. I called the front desk. They apologized and took the socks. It would have been nicer if the hotel offered something - a drink coupon or a glass of wine - as an apology.

This hotel is truly five star property with the incredible ocean view, friendly and well trained staff, and excellent design. Highly recommended.

정말 좋았고 편안했습니다. 시설은 정말 정갈하고 휴식에 최적화되어 있다고 생각합니다. 다만 6년여전 기억하는 당시 최고 수준의 조식에서 머물러 있는 것 같습니다. 지난 몇 년간 호텔 부페가 너무 많이 상향평준화되어서, 이 부분은 좀 참고해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

전반적으로 매우 만족하였고 편하게 잘 쉬다가 갑니다.

View from bacony was amazing . Sunrise amazing . Clean room and facilities. Service need to be improved and. Breakfast should be improved as a high quality hotel .

Beautiful beachfront hotel with a full amenities

갤러리 더블 객실 숙박했는데 사이드에 위치해 두 면이 경포대와 바다가 파노라마로 펼쳐져서 전망이 더욱 좋았어요. 층고도 높아 개방감이 시원했고, 침대와 침구도 포근하여 잘 잤습니다. 야외수영장이 싱가* 마리나****보다 규모는 훨씬 작으나 바다를 배경으로 맞닿은 듯한 자연적 느낌이 개인적으로는 더 좋았다 생각합니다. 지하1층 사우나는 노천탕도 있고 깔끔하게 관리되서 피로를 풀기에 좋았어요. 조식부페에서 직접 원두를 갈아 서비스 하는 아이스 라떼가 맛있었고 저녁 9시에 로비에서의 피아노 연주도 좋았습니다. 다른 가족들과 다시 방문할 생각입니다.
