No aircon, just blowing hot air…. They were fixing it for 2 days after endless visits and no updates. Offered an alternative room the day before checking out!! Pointless!! A shame as it’s a beautiful hotel!!

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The power went out in my room twice during my stay, which was extremely inconvenient. On top of that, this trip was meant to be special as I was celebrating both a birthday and a 10-year anniversary. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel and was told they would decorate the room. When I arrived, nothing was set up. I called the front desk and was told they would fix it and provide a complimentary setup, but no one ever showed up. I called again the next day and was told they were sorry for the confusion and that they would let me know when it would be done but I never received any follow-up, response, or service. I waited and waited, and nothing was ever done. Very sad and frustrating experience, especially for such an important celebration. I expected much better communication and service.

Quartos pequenos mas limpos, silenciosos e confortáveis. Café da manhã farto e servido a partir de 04h, horário sensacional. Permitiram que eu usasse a academia às 05h, sensacional. Atendentes muito atenciosos. Vista linda da cobertura. Super indico.

Minha única opinião seria que para ficar perfeito deveria ter AC na área externa dos quartos e quando entrarmos no quarto o AC deveria estar ligado, pois até gelar o quarto demora muito

Tudo destacou. A estadia foi maravilhosa.

Café da manhã sempre muito bem servido, várias opções de alimentos, frios e quentes, frutas, sucos, ovos mexidos, omeletes. Ambiente muito gostoso, vista para Bahia da Guanabara.

O que o hotel oferece não condiz com o preço. É confortável, porém precisa de melhorias. Havia uma mesa quebrada no quarto e muitas coisas que precisam de manutenção. Fora que a parte da vista na parte de cima estava em manutenção e só deve abrir em novembro.
