Clean, well maintained and with a great buffet breakfast

We had a very odd experience at this hotel. The place was clean and tidy, but the atmosphere was cold and lacking any sense of hospitality. After a rough travel day, even a little warmth or excitement from the staff would have made a difference, but it just wasn’t there. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty, which is unusual for a hotel that claims four stars. We were also charged an extra 25 euros for an “additional person,” despite booking a double room clearly meant for two (we’re a married couple). Overall, the hotel looks fine on the surface, but the service left us feeling unwelcome. We won’t be returning.

The Hotel is beautifully appointed with lovely architecture, wall murals and elegant decor. The service was outstanding and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the area with excellent parking right outside the hotel. The breakfast was so delicious with incredible selection of homemade cakes and marmalades and fresh cheeses and prosciutto and mortadella.

Great spot, walkable and close to a nice area. Easy parking and good coffee options !!

The staff was incredible - helped us with our travel plans, and even opened the restaurant early to ensure that we had enough time to eat and make it to the opera on time. The food was delicious, and the server incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

A VERY good experience, I am looking forward to stay here again. The building has a special flair of a noble quality. Many well taken care of points add valid to the feeling you get. The personal ist exceptionlly caring, taking care of things before you even think about it. Friendly AND capable is a super combination. And the breakfast offers more than you expect: high quality local products and famous examples of the italian gastronomy . The best experience in a 4-star hotel in the last years ! (Many of the so-called 4-star hotels and resorts can learn much from the people of the Phi Hotel dei Medaglioni in Corregio)

I was in town for a nearby concert in reggio emilia. The complimentary breakfast was delicious The entire staff was friendly an inviting They had service to drop off and pick up the guests. They were going to the Rammstein concert Definitely, a great hotel to stay in. Super clean rooms are very vague.Mine even had its own mini fridge Overall, 10 out of 10

Overall a very pleasant stay. Room facing main street was a bit small. Nice little town.

Right in the small city center. Walkable to a bunch of things. Nice furniture and classic finishing. Plenty of space in room, lobby, halls, restaurant, etc (especially for a European hotel in a city). Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of street parking in Spring but I'm sure it gets tight in summer.

The hotel was easy to find and free parking was available right outside (not on market day though ... Tuesday?). Efficient, friendly staff and although the restaurant was closed for dinner, breakfast was excellent with a good choice and nice touches (eggs boiled to order, range of nuts & dried fruits available etc). Local produce (ham, pasta, wine etc) all excellent. Lively aperativo time in several bars in town and Osteria del Filosso was yumm!

Good location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay.

Charming staff. The most comfortable bed. The hairdryer was a little weak, but apart from that everything was wonderful. As a solo female traveller on business I felt very well looked after. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the waiter spoke excellent English and was very good at his job.
