The hotel staff and security were friendly. The rooms lacked glasses and water heaters, and slippers had to be requested from the helpful staff.

Yesterday, I booked this hotel using a car and motorcycle. Upon arrival, we were asked whether we were guests of the hotel or the gallery. We were guests of the hotel and were invited in. Upon check-out, a security guard suddenly asked if we had paid for parking, without asking whether we were guests of the hotel or the gallery. As far as I know, hotels everywhere offer free parking. Why does this feel like we're being pressured into paying for parking? It's not the amount, but the management's responsibility to ask whether we're guests of the hotel or the gallery. If the hotel does charge for parking, it should have been made clear upon check-in, not upon check-out.

Everything was ok, except for breakfast, the food didn't seem fresh, like it was leftovers from yesterday, so paying for breakfast was a loss, because it didn't get eaten.

Great budget-friendly hotel option for people that need to commute around the city center. Room was nice and clean, albeit a little dark in the bathroom and hallway. Good hospitality shown by every staff. Very recommended

The room was just as pictured, and the staff was friendly. The location is centrally located. There are plenty of cafes in the lobby and surrounding area, so you can walk around and hang out. The interior is attractive. I'll be back!
