please clean up properly the toilet as the walls n floors need to brush r polish frequently Also the sofa got dirty spot everywhere

The hotel staff is not very friendly and from the lobby to the elevator to the hotel is very far.

Most hotel bookings come with toiletries. When I arrived, there were no toothbrushes or towels. I didn't realize there were body towels in the bathroom; it turned out they were foot towels, and I used them to wipe myself. I asked for more shampoo and soap, but they didn't give me any. The hotel itself costs Rp 350,000-Rp 400,000. I should have gotten everything. And the room was mostly broken.

Got a room without a window. Quite spacious though. The only setback is the hotel put the shared ironing board exactly in front of the room making it a bit uncomfortable since many times people would come to use the iron & the sound of the cable & the board hitting the wall can be heard.

My second time stayed here, room is clean and good, easy to get local food 24/7.

among the top choices of hotels in KL...very comfortable for a very reasonable price...have stayed here many times every time I come to KL...never had a problem...professional staff and parking is provided at a cheap and easy rate...everything is superb

Every time I go to KL, I have to stay here. It's close to Sogo, LRT station, Jln Tar night market.

Lots of cockroaches in the room/bathroom.

Air conditioning not cool. Got small many cockroaches inside the room.

Cheap and close to shopping malls

Lots of cockroaches on the 14th floor, had to move rooms for comfort. Overall okay, okay.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, surrounded by shopping malls and night markets.

The check-in counter is quite far from the elevator. There is only one sign in front of the elevator telling you about the reception. But, we didn't meet anyone. The reception is closed from 7-8 pm. We arrived at iftar time, no one was at the counter. No more iftar. It wasn't just us, there were other couples, the same fate. Wait at the reception. Room, more than 10 baby cockroaches, open the drawer, find baby cockroaches, all over the floor, find baby cockroaches crawling from the corner of the bed... the bathroom, don't even mention it, there are tails of baby cockroaches, from the sink, by the door and in the shower area. That's enough for now.

Twice asked to move rooms and twice there were cockroaches in the room

room 1612 has a lot of cockroaches. don't leave food or drinks exposed & please wash the cup before using!!! the toilet bowl is dirty. all four head pillows are flat & not soft. all receptionist staff are not friendly. no greeting. no smile. not suitable for working in the hospitality industry. daily parking rate rm 20. in traveloka they deliberately did not change the rm 5 for visitors. during the booked day, the hotel said the parking entry machine had a problem and would give a flat rate of rm 3 but in fact it did not because the next day they charged rm 20 as well. hotel customers waited in long lines to check in because the workers were inefficient & not fast enough. the hotel dining room was very dirty on the floor and there were rats there when we ate. the advantage of this hotel is that the food is delicious & close to TAR road but the staff services sucks even though the name is THE GRAND. Wi-Fi sucks again. Maxis line has no power on the 16th floor. best. won't repeat dhhh.
