The hotel's access to shopping areas is very close. Whether it's Pratunam Market, December, Platinum Mall, or Big C Phoenix 👍🏻 Nice, clean, fragrant rooms!

The hotel is small but neat, clean, the interior is really beautiful! It's not too far from the biggest 7-Eleven in the Pratunam area and access to it can be done using a free buggy car from the hotel. Actually, this hotel has many very interesting facilities. Like free Thai Costume photos, but unfortunately we didn't take advantage of it because it was only available from 10:00-16:00. For those with a busy itinerary, it's definitely not possible. But there are still some good facilities, like free popcorn & apple juice 24 hours. There's also a free little dinner, but it doesn't include drinks (you have to buy them at their bar). Overall, this hotel is worth buying. The room area is spacious, clean, and getting in and out of the car is quite easy. The only minus for me is the food menu at breakfast. It doesn't have much variety.

The best hotel for this price. The breakfast and complimentary dinner are top-notch. The 24-hour buggy service is very helpful. I'll definitely be back.

They have so many free services included in the reservation: welcome drink, supper, Thai traditional costume photoshoot, breakfast, free massage (certain hours), 24 hours buggy services. The staffs are really helpful. The boat noodle station during breakfast is the favorite. Note: need to make reservation 1 or 2 days before for the Thai traditional photoshoot.

The hotel staff was friendly, and there was a shuttle service to certain locations, as the hotel is located in an alley, but not too far from the main road. Food was available for those of us who are Muslim.

Staff are friendly allowed us to check in early during arrival. Foods (breakfast )and free supper are variety and tasty. Location are convinence near to pratunam shopping mall (walking 5-10min)even with free shuttle van(waiting time very fast). Wheel chair accessibility is good inside hotel area

This hotel is in the Pratunam area, comfortable and quiet, although not particularly close to the shopping area. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The alley is quite dark and smells of garbage. The room and ground floor also smelled of sewage. Overall, it's good.
