Very clean great service all around the street

Our stay at Hotel Plaza Ejecutivo was really great. The first room that we were placed in had an issue with the AC unit and when we brought it up to the front desk they quickly and kindly offered us a room change in order to ensure that we were comfortable during our stay. All the employees that we came across were kind and super accommodating. The room itself was clean, had an AC unit and was a good size for our family. The location was incredible and so close to everything that we wanted to see, the plaza was within walking distance but on a quieter side street so we did not have any issues with noise later at night. It felt very safe and we would absolutely return again. Thank you.

The mattress are old they need to be replaced. The internet doesn’t work well extremely slow. However it was very clean

Great location to access the 2 plazas in tepa as well as the mercado Not a 5 star hotel but, convenient and inexpensive Will need a face lift soon
