ลูกค้าสงสัยค่ะ คือ เข้าพัก 2 คืน 29-31 ธ.ค.66 รวม 2 คืน แต่วันที่ 30 ตอน 9:00 น แม่บ้านขอเข้ามาทำความสะอาด ทั้งที่ลูกค้ายังแต่งตัวอยู่ จึงไม่ค่อยสะดวก เพราะแม่บ้านเข้ามาตอน 9 โมงกว่าๆ ขอทำห้องเลยลูกค้าจึงถามไปว่าทำไมมาทำไวจัง เพราะนอน 2 คืน ว่าจะให้มาทำตอนบ่าย แม่บ้านบอกว่าพอดีทำห้องข้างๆก็เลยจะทำเลย ลูกค้างงมาก แต่ก็ให้ทำ เพราะตั้งใจจะให้ทำอยู่แล้วแต่ก็ตั้งใจจะให้ทำตอนบ่ายหลังจากลูกค้า ออกไปธุระข้างนอก จะกลับเข้ามาตอนเย็น ลูกค้า มองในแง่ดีว่าแม่บ้านกลัว ว่ามาทำตอน ลูกค้าไม่อยู่ของจะหายหรือเปล่า จึงต้องมาขอทำตอนลูกค้าอยู่ในห้อง คือพยายามมองในแง่ดีแต่ก็ยังไม่เข้าใจเหตุผลอยู่ดีเพราะลูกค้าก็ไปนอนมาหลายโรงแรมส่วนใหญ่เขาจะมาทำให้ตอนบ่าย ในกรณีที่นอนต่อ 2 คืน แต่ไม่เคยเจอมาขอทำตอนเช้าแบบนี้ ไม่ทราบว่าทางโรงแรมทราบเรื่องนี้ไหม หรือเป็นนโยบายของโรงแรม ที่ให้ทำความสะอาดห้องตอน 10 โมงเช้า ในกรณีนอนต่อ 2 คืน ส่วนบริการอย่างอื่นดีหมดค่ะที่จอดรถเพียงพอ มีคนบริการโบกรถให้ตลอดเจ้าหน้าที่เช็คอินมารยาทดีงาม ห้องสะดวกสบาย แต่ ลูกค้ามีข้อสงสัยก็เลยขอถามนิดนึง ให้ 5 ดาวนะคะเพราะว่าคิดจะกลับมาพักอีกเพราะปกติก็ใช้บริการที่นี่รวมกันเกิน 10 คืนแล้วในปีนี้ เวลาที่เข้ากรุงเทพฯ
