Well appointed hotel. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and in-room amenities were good. We had breakfast two mornings in a row and it was simple but very good. The dining area is exceptionally clean and well cared for by hotel staff.
The only downside is the walls and doors are very thin and do not seem soundproofed. We stayed on the second floor next to the emergency stairs, and many, many guests began using this set of stairs as early as 6am. We could hear guests enter the stairwell, the door would slam shut, we could hear them stomping down the stairs, and then open and shut the door at the bottom. We could hear people talking in the hallway and the guest above us as soon as they woke in the morning (which was always before 6am). The hotel wasn’t very busy, but being located next to the stairwell meant there was more traffic outside of our room. If I were to stay again, I’d request a top floor room away from elevators and stairwells.
