Everything was amazing. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable about the hotel and where I might find things, which made me feel more comfortable. I will be back for another stay.

No breakfast was offered....pillows were awful. I was very angry that they tried to charge me for pet room cleaning even though we had no pet. Had I left and not asked for a receipt and looked at it I would never have known they added a false charge to my credit card. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS PRIOR TO LEAVING

Everything was good. Only disappointment was the hot tub being out of order in the pool.

We were in 1403, the room phone did not work. Could not download the app. Wanted to get room service but it was not offered on a Saturday. Other than that the beds were nice and room was clean.

The chef was willing to cook my egg exactly the way I wanted. The front desk staff went above and beyond accomodating my request.
