Overall, it was a nice hotel

The Hotel was decent.. They missed a few service points as a requested Alarm was missed making us being late for our excursion.. :-(. When asked for a comp , request was refused..not a good service hospitality...

The hotel was really clean, all was good other than breakfast which was poor, we asked for pan cake and orange juice and ended with paying extra this was the first time for me to pay for an extra money for pancake in breakfast … the team are all very nice but sometimes slow. Rooms are small

Super clean, comfortable, beautiful room with amenities, nicely served breakfast plate (after having to prove I paid for it), quiet area w nice mall short drive away. I used hotels.com to book which very clearly stated it came with breakfast, but it took time to convince the manager of at, by which time my daughter who was to take an early SAT exam left without breakfast. A smart & hospitable management would not put it on the guest to prove their rights that were paid for. That part took away from the otherwise very nice accommodation.

Front staff was very helpful. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good selection and quality. Spa and pool were very nice. Would stay here again.

Everything was fine, the service, the breakfast buffet, the A-la-carta dinner service. No complaints. I, being an old guy with a certain dysfunction, carry with me a supply of pills that will help me be ready if a proper situation arises. But oh, what an ugly surprise! Part of my supply was stolen by hotel personnel. I brought it up to the guy at the reception. He said he would contact the manager, which did not solve any of my complaints. What I noticed though, was that the guy tried to shame me for the nature of the pills, and he might have thought that I would keep mum. I must not. If a hotel's people goes into a client's room, which the client has paid to stay in, that action is invasion of privacy and theft. Something is terribly wrong with Atli if they think they can do this against any client. So if you are a prospective guest, keep this in mind and put everything in the safe they provide. I expect to have a response from the ladies in black and the managers of the hotel.
