Pésimo hotel, falló el AC y las sábanas están sucias, toallas horribles. No coincidía con lo que publicaron.

This hotel is very old and in poor condition. The air conditioning units run loud, the bath leaks, and we had a lizard in our bathroom. The staff is super friendly and the place was as clean as it could be considering it’s condition.

The property needs remodeling. The rooms don’t have enough lights and they are really dark.

I don't like the service in the restaurant. But all others workers are amazing

Overall just an excellent little boutique hotel, great value for the money, clean with breakfast included. I was impressed.

The guy at the reception speak english its fantastic. The room are big, really clean, comfortable and the AC work good! The only thing, no hot water in the shower but i will return there if i need!

Customer service was outstanding, no wonder it has really good reviews, besides that includes a breakfast very tasty or you can order from a menu, food was delicious, they provide you all information you might need in front desk, rooms are very specious, I will definitely rent a room on my next vacations, very close to restaurants and shopping centers

Sorry but the hotel so ugly, an insecure place. Dirty, did smell so weird. Old building. It looks like a hotel for staying one night with someone for sex (bad bad), really bad. We were 2 people, executive women, and we decide sleep in the same room because we were afraid. In the restarurant the waiter intended restrict us to eat hamburguers, obviously we dont accept. This hotel is really insecure.

Everything was bad, from the check in which took over an hour because this website also the air conditioning wasn't working in one room. It was just a very bad experience overall.

This is a decent place for someone looking to save a few bucks. Definitely not for someone used to good quality of lifestyle. I stayed here during the pandemic with my two kids (teenager and an infant). I never saw any type of deep cleaning or disinfecting routine. Most of the staff didn’t use a mask to cover their mouth.

At time of check-in, staff was lost they 1st gave a room that Was already being occupied by someone else.

Stayed for a business trip, was able to work and be close to our customer, as it is in a good location. Pool closes later than other hotels, a bonus in this city.
