Great hotel, the front desk employee was extremely kind and friendly.

The receptionist was rude and was giving us a hard time to check in. When we tried asking questions she was rude and there wasn’t anyone else in the lobby waiting to be checked in for her to be so short with us. The beds are uncomfortable. The rooms don’t seem like they’re clean. Our main blanket had a hole like someone had burned out their cigarette on it. The shower didn’t seem clean. The floors were dirty and sticky. We got two rooms and I would never have my family stay there ever again.

It was a big space and was convenient to the basilica

Very little water pressure to take a shower, we understand water savings ! Also a lot of noise during night to much activity?

Pasamos solo una noche con mi esposo y dos hijos, todo estuvo bien, los cuartos limpios, agradable el ambiente, las camas un poco duras, en general lo recomiendo y me volvería a hospedar en Botel villa de Madrid.

Management won’t work on a terrible matter!! Definitely won’t recommend at ALL!!!

Area and hotel were great.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was there for two weeks and had a pleasant experience. There are shops nearby, a park and restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, clean, safe, personnel very helpful.

No air conditioning!! Open windows did provide adequate air flow and the noise at night was not worth having them open. The did provide a fan that at least was a little help. But the heat was very uncomfortable. The biggest problem was the bed bugs! Only one of the beds had them but it has been a mess since getting home. And still recovering from the bites. BEWARE!

a/c didn’t work, beds were super stiff.
