Clean and big room. Excellent location

Great location and lovely to have a roof top pool.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years, and found it to be good value for money and excellent in terms of location. Breakfast needs some attention and the bedding/pillows would benefit from an update.

Loved the location. It was within walking distance to the beach, numerous restaurants and cafes, shopping and the bus stop for excursions and local transportation. We found all staff to be very friendly and helpful.

Staff were very helpful, location was amazing. Although the description on the website for the superior room said it had a coffee pod machine but it didn't which was disappointing. Breakfast was very good.

All employees are very nice and customer service oriented.

Lovely clean hotel with a good breakfast selection, would definitely stay here again if we were in Larnaca.

Just check they finished the road work around the hotel as it was very noisy

Clean room. Staff were very nice and good. Not a beach view, and area being refurbished so difficult to get to the normal shops, however, will look good when finished. I enjoyed my stay in Josephine Hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay here. We opted for the superior room, it was spacious and has everything you want, including a bathroom robe. The breakfast is great, lots of choice but don't go expecting exactly the same as an English cooked breakfast. It's in a very good central location. There were roadworks happening round about so it could be noisy first thing. We had a room on the 5th floor and that was fine.

The room was spacious and the cleaning crew came daily. It was disappointing that the room only had an electric kettle and only 2 small packs of instant coffee were left in the room ( no tea). We also got 1 complimentary bottle of water, and by booking thru Expedia we got a complimentary bottle of local wine. The breakfast selection was pretty much the same every day, but it was a good selection of foods ( meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order). The location of the hotel is good, very close to restaurants and tourist attractions, but there is a lot of work done around the hotel so the area is very dusty and noisy.

I will be staying ere again ideally located , clean friendly staff and overall lovely little hotel

Nice staff. Basic breakfast. Cleaning is not perfect, lots of hair in the room.

Staff were less than helpful and parking is a big old mess but they go out of their way to not let you know that. Location is the best thing it has going for it

Firstly let me say that The room that we stayed in was lovely. Bed was comfortable also. Tv wasn’t working properly which I reported to reception but it still wasn’t fixed after our 3 night stay. Also no tea bags were available in the room until I chased this up with reception. Easy mistake! The breakfast was average and certainly not something to shout about. The pool was dirty with cigarette ends in it as well as bits of tissue and other debris. I have the video to prove it. It was also very dirty with dirt/dust etc. This was reported to the receptionist on day one but still not rectified by the end of my 3 night stay. They'res also a lot of redevelopment work ongoing outside of the hotel which really I feel we should have been informed about at the time of booking. I really hope that this hotel reflects on these points raised as I can see that it has a lot of potential…. Please just act upon things when they’re highlighted to you. It’s this sort of thing that take you from Being an amazing hotel to an average hotel.

Had a great stay here - lovely room, and enjoyed the rooftop pool area. Convenient location!

Very noisy alone, the quality of the breakfast need to improve especially the coffee.

Room was in good condition and staff were nice. Breakkfast can be better.

The main disappointment was that there was extensive construction in this area of the city. You could not get close to the hotel or pull up in front to unload. The roadworks were very loud and started very early. Otherwise, the room was excellent and the location is good.
