Receptionist didn't speak English

Je suis aller à cette hôtel pour le travail c’était correct mais sur 5 jour il n’avait pas d’eau chaude. Quand je suis allé à la réception pour faire part de ça , elle m’as répondu que l’hôtel avais trop de clients et l’eau chaude ne fournissait pas. En 2025 je ne comprends pas que c’est encore un problème qui n’est pas réglé

Coffee shop and restaurant very close to hotel Mingan

Our experience wasn’t really good at hotel Mingan. It was hard to focus on the positive because the room wasn’t really sound isolated, so we heard what was happening in the room next to us all night. And everyone walking by in the hallway. Also, the bathroom wasn’t cosy at all, the shower was spraying all over the place, the fan wasn’t working and the hot water at the max setting was a little warm. Pretty disappointing.

I enjoy staying at this hotel, close to what I need to do - great little restaurant

No air conditioning in the room. The mini fridge was so noisy I had to unplug it. The bed was so-so. Neighbours ran their motorcycle until midnight. Won't come back

When we arrived in our room, I commented how clean it smelled. Overall the bedroom was neat and tidy. The bed was comfy, but having a fitted bottom sheet would have made it more comfortable for sleeping. The bathroom tub could have been cleaner (especially in the corners and around the tap), and the water temperature could have been more stable. When taking a shower, the water went from scolding hot to freezing cold and back again several times. Having air conditioning or a ceiling fan would be beneficial.

I liked that there was an outside door leading to my parked car. I didn’t have to go thru the lobby. Very convenient.

Price was good, but the big miss is air conditioner. Air was stale even with the windows open. Perhaps ok for winter.
