Everthing is ok and good but for a queen size bed room with RM150 and without windows is not worth to stay.

Though room was a bit small & they won't issue extra room key, overall still satisfying. Breakfast was so so. But can't complain at price given.

Receptionist are quite slow. Found cockroach when first enter room. Need to change the old pillow that they're still using. Aircond are great. Breakfast are okay.

Spacious, beautiful room. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom, no need to carry iron iron since everything is available outside the room. Overall very satisfied, might stay here again if coming to this area again 👍

There was no hot water shower when I checked in. When I called room service to have a look on that matter. They ignored me for very long. Poor customer service. Totally unacceptable.

The reception is very very slow. Only one person is handling everything at the counter. The room given was a smoking room and it smells bad. The housekeeping did not do the cleaning very well. We even saw a male boxer hidden below the prayer mat. Terrible experience. The air condition setting cannot be lower down and the ceiling fan makes a very weird sound throughout the night.
