Everything was great in terms of the staff and the room itself but the AC in my room wasn’t working well so it was hot AF and had to use my own mini fan I brought from home to help with the heat in my room.

Some towels were stained and not properly cleaned. A pungent smell was found in the corridors and occasionally in the lobby. High cost - would have expected more.

Very close to Sants station yet very quiet. Cafes are nearby for dinner and/or breakfast. Bed was very comfortable, I slept so well!

Great service, they allowed us to leave our luggage until time to check in, attendant at the front desk was super helpful with directions, subway, assisted with dinner reservations at a great restaurant, everything was great.

Terrible management. Booked the wrong dates. Noticed within 24hrs and a week out. Hotel couldn't accommodate us at the at the right dates. Management wouldn't fix the mistake nor refund us. Greed on display, no sense of customer service.

Perfect location to train station. Clean comfortable room and friendly staff.

The front desk agent was amazing. Directing to great places to eat and placed for coffee or cervesa. Friendly and kind go a long way in this world. He was a true gem!

I’d pick this hotel again, excellent price, well connected for the metro and airport, close to Espanya and the fountain. Room was superb with an excellent shower and overall quite modern feel.

Compact room with what looks to be recent upgrades . Unusual loft style , stairs up to the room from the door . Worked fine for me but might not for everyone . Staff were very friendly and accommodating

Clean simple room. Hallway noise from the fire doors was a bit much.
