The staff is very friendly, great hotel location

The staff are lovely and friendly. The space is spacious and comfortable.

Good location, easy to find food, good service, comfortable place to work.

The water was yellow. The staff told me to leave it running, which I waited from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. It got better, but it still wasn't clean. The staff changed the room for me.

The hotel provides cookies, coffee, tea, chocolate, and banana for complimentary all guests at the lobby area. This is beyond expectation. I will recommend it to our potential friends.

The room is not clean

Everything was good, but the air conditioner in room 502 made a loud noise and notified the staff. Not long after the housekeeper rushed to come take a look. But I can't fix anything.

The room is clean, the bed is soft and comfortable. If you come, you will come to stay again.

Great experience staying one night here! The staff was nice, comfy bedroom, cold AC, clean area, all day snacks and water. I spent a few minutes to relax in the outdoor bathtub with sunset view. Water heater was perfect. They also provide hairdryer. The location [is] only 5 mins walking from the bus terminal. Very easy to go from & to Phuket Airport. Thank you I will definitely come back!
