I really loved my stay here

Good location but far from the main train station. Room was very small and we only had small carry-on size luggage with us. Very small and cramped bathroom too. Lift access was also confusing. Also difficult to find the hotel as there is no signage outside the building or in the foyer explaining how to get to reception.

The pictures looked nothing like the actual hotel. The was on the 6th floor of a building. The 1st 2 or 3 floors were bring refurbished and in a big mess with all the building work going on. The staff were friendly but i woulnt recommend this hotel. Prob the worst hotel ive booked with hotels.com

The location was fantastic, just in the main square. Rooms ok and staff excellent. The building really run down and scary!

Our room was clean and staff very helpful. The location was excellent, we were able to walk everywhere. We did not like the dirty stairs to get to the apartment and the run down building. The lift was only available up to the fifth floor and had to walk one more floor to get to our apartment with our suitcases.

Well the property is not that great, especially without any working WiFi or reception around, but it was doable.

The worst experience ever building not clean rooms smells bad too much dust found used drinks in the fridge and they make us paying for them and staff not organized so I’m not going back there anymore and I don’t recommend this hotel for futur customer I regret that I went there

The building was very dirty and neglected the elevator was out of order we had to climb 6 floors on foot ( 203 steps) nobody cleaned our room we stayed 2 nights . Locations is very good

Great place to stay

I booked a single room for my overnight visit to Belgrade, on a 18 hour layover. (Well originally 18, but after delays & airport chaos on my way to Belgrade it was more like 11 hours) The location is perfect if you want to see Belgrade on a short trip and be right where the action is, so you can maximize your visit. Unfortunately I didn't get to see much after all, but it was still a good spot as there were restaurants open late, and it was a nice spot to wander around at night. The room is small but had everything I needed; space to put a suitcase, a mini fridge, a comfy double bed, and a nice bathroom. The only negative about my room was the door handle, which was somewhat loose and wonky, and it took me several tries to get into my door. The receptionist was very nice and tried to be helpful, but seemed somewhat overwhelmed. Also her English, while FAR better than my Serbian, was not fantastic, so we had a few misunderstandings figuring out my check-in details and payment of the city tax. I would definitely stay here again for a similar brief visit, or if I want to be right in the heart of the city, and I would recommend it to others.

The room was not cleaned during our stay. The service of the room simply involved changing towels and straightening the bed linen. Location was very good but the entrance to the buiding needs a serious overhaul.

On the picture to this review i see a yellow wall, serving as a headboard to the bed. Be careful of that wall. I don’t think it was vacuumed ever. To the management - it’s either has to be a simpler, less difficult design to take care off or has to be much more cleaning done in the rooms. I only stayed in one room for two nights and despite interesting, catching eye interior it’s not pleasant to stay in this hotel, because it’s not being cleaned properly. Dust, floor of the shower wasn’t even flushed with water, from a previous guest, faucet handle knobs not cleaned from soap, from the previous used. There’s a big yellow chair, not only not vacuumed, i got in the room and it was a receipt and black hair on the chair. I understand, not everyone would notice the hair, but they didn’t even clean a receipt of the chair, before the next guest. Bed sheets were clean and maybe the only clean thing in the room, but mine were with spots, that seems just stayed after washing. The building is very old, beautiful architecture, high ceilings, large windows, nice view. Probably would get really hot in the room in the summer, hopefully air conditioner works, because my shower knob was missing, the rain shower head wasn’t working properly. At the same time, very nice, helpful, caring staff. i didn’t bring up any of my concerns about the NOT cleanliness to the staff, because they allowed me to check in earlier an assigned time and i went in and to sleep right the way.
