I arrived a day early due to my own mixup with travel dates from the UK. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations. All the staff were so helpful as my Portuguese is minimal. Europe should take a lesson off crayon customer service

Terrible property. Portrayed inaccurately on Expedia. Dirty, outdated, bugs in room, and a very unsafe area.

The minute I walked onto the building the staff were very friendly, Gabriela (I hope that was her name) was patient with me as I used google translate to communicate. She even used the english she knew to help me as well. The facilities were clean and modern. The restaurant staff were also very kind, Jardel was willing to use google translator to communicate with me. I asked to try tapioca for breakfast and Daniel made me a sweet and savory option without me asking just so I could try both, so nice! I felt very safe and taken care of. They even let me store my bag for a couple hours so I could wait by the pool till my next hotel check in. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard, but that is just me bejng picky. So go stay! Its great!

the room was ok, the first problem was tv was internet tv but could not connect to netflix, had 3 different people from hotel to fix problem but they could not. they blamed it on the internet but my tablet could connect, resturant was good and they had a parking lot. area of hotel was in the middle of no where,

Fiquei decepcionado pois a Lá mole n está mas na parte de baixo do hotel. E mesmo assim o hotel n tirou o propaganda do restaurante. O hotel acaba fazendo uma propaganda enganosa mantendo o letreiro do restaurante.

Super nice staff. Very helpful. We enjoyed the hotel a lot. Usually stay with US hotel chains, but this is great!

The staff at reception are excellent, there is always some one who can speak english, I was in a unique situation where my partner arrived before me they allowed her to check in ealier and i did not know how long i was going to be staying and they made it easy to extend the stay each morning. My only issue is that the pillows were a little but small, but the hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and it is reasonably priced.

Café espetacular , estacionamento grande e seguro

Hotel com quartos extremamente limpo e com camas confortáveis. Foi disponibilizado um berço para meu bebê de 7 meses e a roupa de cama extremamente limpa e cheirosa. O café da manhã bacana e estacionamento também e legal. O hotel e muito bem estruturado e com ótimos recurso próximo, sobre lanchonete supermercados farmácias e etc. Super recomendo o hotel.

Simplesmente tudo, atendimento impecável, principalmente recepção e destaque a simpatia do rapaz que fica no estacionamento, super atencioso, educado, dando várias dicas sobre o hotel, pena que tivemos que vir embora, a vontade era ficar mais uns dias! Hotel perfeito!!!!
