Lovely setting and very well places for lakes and roads to getting around the Friesland. Rooms are a bit tired and the bathrooms need some TLC. Great staff and good facilities.

Dining room not open Sunday and Monday but didn’t realise bar would also be shut. Local restaurant serves good food but doesn’t take any credit cards

Content with stay….. One snag - key card didn’t work not a big issue just reloaded. After a long drive was a little draining. Staff helpful and polite

Nice place to stay! The room was very big and the bathtub was nice. Enough to do at the hotel to stay busy. We bowled, used the pool and rented a boat. The restaurant was also good.

Good size room. Those on the roadside are a little noisy with the balcony door open but quiet enough at night when the door is closed. Lovely breakfast. Good choice for evening meals.

Excellent. Great location. Great amenities - bowling and dinner! Very enjoyable. Great food.

Only three staff members treated us badly. On Sunday night at around 10.30 pm three members of bar staff were very rude and made us feel uncomfortable in bar . outside that our overall experience was great .

It was quite ok but needs more signage to find reception, restaurant etc. we did walk around lost trying to find both for the first time. The hotel was very clean and covered all our needs. However, it’s is rated 4star and on an international scale, it wouldn’t be asthetically 4stars

- Lovely spacious rooms with balcony - A bit close to the main road, so you get car noise if you leave the window open - Extremely comfortable rooms and bedding - No kitchen, and kettle was very dirty - Overall a very pleasant stay

Excellent breakfast, very good restaurant Instead of two twin beds, would have preferred king size bed For seniors with two heavy suitcases the steps to room 202 were inconvenient.
