The staff are friendly. All are okay , but you need to bring your own shampoo. The room only have body soap. It's near to UCSI University and alot of food stall nearby

Arrived late to the hotel after 10PM and left before 7AM so didn't had much experience. Didn't take any meal.

The hotel staff is friendly, nice. For parents with further education at UCSI, this is the hotel of choice.

It does not provide me with towels at first but then when I check out, the receptionist accuse me that I steal their towels. I requested to have spot check on my luggage bags but she refused and claimed that I would have bring it outside earlier. Destroy my mood during my vacation and I would not stay here anymore!

This is the closest hotel to perform my business near the campus.

The owner accused us stealing her towel, where the truth is, it wasn't provided to us from our first day stay at the hotel. We used our own towel.

Needs improvement, noisy & uncomfortable

Bad service, when I was going to check out, no one on the reception counter, there's a staff standing there, don't even bother to assist me to contact person in charge, took me more than 15mins to check out. the room is compact and dirty too, the only good thing is location, near to connaught pasar malam
