Amazing hotel with views over estuary. Very friendly reception Sarah , great help securing e-bikes. Swimming area outside in small beach a bonus, showers and changing. Restaurant seafood lovely. Very chill

I had a bath on the first day but could not empty it, I told the receptionist and the cleaner emptied it the next day and left the plug on the side, next night had a bath and once again could not take out the plug to empty the water, the plug should have been fixed after the first time, also the overflow plug was filthy, obviously had not been cleaned for a long time! Not good enough. Also, I booked a larger room with balcony and beach view which included breakfast, at the end of the stay I was presented with a bill for breakfast and the receptionist would not accept that I had booked inclusive of breakfast and had to pay there and then. The breakfast was not good, the only day it had ample sausages, bacon and scrambled egg was on the last day of my 5 day stay, the first two days dried up egg, three rashers of bacon, no sausages, cheese board very sparse, bread stale from the day before, nothing replenished and people were wandering around not happy. I would not have gone to breakfast after the first day if it wasn't included in the price paid to Expedia. Very disappointed with Best Western, I have stayed with them in the UK with no complaint.

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location

My stay was good. Room was perfect and balcony an added bonus. Menu is mostly seafood as to be expected. The hotel has a standard hear leave throughout including rooms 22 in Dec is cold for me.

An excellent hotel but we paid for our room twice, first via Expedia when booking and then again at the hotel when checking out. We are trying to get a refund.

Superb location, newly refurbished public areas and exterior, welcoming and well trained staff. Excellent food with choice of dining options. Comfortable bedrooms, superb breakfast buffet. Our 5th visit, will return again!!

Our fourth visit to this hotel and it never disappoints. Lovely room with excellent walk-in shower. Great views and a wonderful setting. Staff friendly and helpful, but bar service was very slow as it was very busy. Choice of restaurants with excellent food, but the chef should refrain from offering a meat based jus with fish. Superb breakfast, if a bit expensive. Will definitely return.

Lovely hotel outside Vannes (50 min walk away). Lovely little beach outside hotel for swimming (a bit cold maybe but beautiful). Hotel staff lovely, restaurant great, bar very nice, but closing bar at 11pm on a Saturday night seems unfriendly!

Really nice hotel, albeit a drive away from Vannes centre. Nice rooms and communal areas. Unbeatable at the price.

Lovely hotel in great location. Staff not so good. Watch for the extras on your bill, check it thoroughly. There is a kettle in the bedroom, I asked at reception if they had any caffeine free tea bags and they gave me 2 camomile - and charged me 3.50 euros each for them, I asked for a little fresh milk in a jug for the room, that was 3.50 euros too and the small bottle of water in the room - that was also 3.50 euros. Went down for dinner, thought we would have a drink in the bar first, had to wait nearly 15 minutes for staff to appear though other staff saw us waiting there. Barman had no idea what Gin was although the bottle was on the shelf and it was listed in the drinks menu. Just found the atmosphere was as if everything was too much trouble. Shame as we have stayed before and loved this hotel and the food in the restaurant is very good.

Superb location on a tiny peninsula overlooking the Gulf of Morbihan, just a few minutes from the historic town centre. Comfortable, well appointed bedroom and good-sized bathroom. Most rooms have a balcony. Excellent staff, friendly and welcoming. Choice of main restaurant or bistro cafe, excellent food quality and service. Extensive buffet breakfast. This is my second visit and thoroughly enjoyable. Will certainly wish to return.

What an amazing hotel this is. Fantastic location with stunning views over the water and lovely walks around the area. Totally relaxing. Private car park. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and modern. Lovely restaurant, great staff and super food, they have really excellent chefs here. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so amazing. We are planning our next trip.

Would have been better if the rooms had air conditioning. Also if there had been more variety on the restaurant menu we would have eaten there. Most of the choice was fish which is great if you like fish

The hotel is in a spectacular position and well run, but the menu was limited and did not change the whole time there and there was no air conditioning in the rooms that made some nights very uncomfortable.

No heating in the room had to ask for a heater. Location excellent. Shame that one is mqsde to walk outside to get to the brasserie, not good in bad weather.
