The room was nice and clean. I deducted one star because the bathroom was damaged, leaking water, and the toilet wasn't working well. However, considering the price, it was acceptable. A small hairdryer was provided. The receptionist on the first day wasn't very good; she was impolite and seemed unwilling to work or perhaps arguing with her partner, constantly on her phone and not even looking up. But on the day of check-out, I met a different staff member who was polite, smiling, and lovely.

The room wasn't new, the bathroom drain was clogged, the rain shower couldn't be adjusted, and there was no trash can in the room. When I asked for one, the staff said there wasn't one. The check-in staff weren't friendly and wouldn't let me sign a copy of my ID card.
