All the staff are super friendly and helpful. It's also within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and a mall.

Check-in was fast. Everyone was very welcoming. Breakfast variety is very sufficient, the waiters/waitresses were very attentive to diners' needs. Room was OK, RAs made sure it is well kept during my stay. The Toilet and Bath though had water issues coming out from the shower area. The enclosures were not tight enough. But RA in-charge of my room provided 2 bath mats as preventive measure. All in all the experience is still very Seda - comforting and easy.

Had a great stay. The deal even got greater because of p250 voucher from Traveloka. As usual and always, Seda Hotels are top notch accommodation. Staffs are accommodating Their Breakfast has many choices. Staff serve with smile. Lobby is wide. The rooms and bathroom are very clean. They provide extra toiletries. Overall its a nice stay. Great stay. Clean rooms though there was a slight smell upon entering. Staff were accommodating. Delicious breakfast. Would have loved it if they had a pool. Will stay here again.

Room was great. Comfort room was a bit small. Buffet breakfast tastesgreat but I was disappointed by the bacon compare to other branches. You need to wait for at least 15-30minutes when they refill. Crew at the buffet don’t usually smile maybe they’re tired? Lol

We enjoyed our stay in Seda Atria. Customer service is topnotch. People were always smiling. The room is spacious enough for two people. Location is great. Very close to the restaurants, the grocery and the esplanade. Just a couple of feedback. Pillows were too soft that we had to ask for two more pillows. Happy that this was quickly attended to with no extra charge. About the bathroom. The water from the shower area seeps into the tiles right outside the shower door. This makes a part of the floor always wet which made it annoying. Otherwise, everything could have been perfect. The people in Atria are awesome - from the security, the cleaners, waiters to the frontdesk.

The rooms are superb. Service is also excellent. Location is relatively near to malls and restaurants are within the vicinity.

We had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was nice and spacious and we loved the morning buffet at the Misto restaurant. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The shops at the back was also nice and very convenient. Getting a taxi was really easy. On a random note, there was an S&R really close to the hotel which we took advantage of. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Iloilo City.

Staffs were polite-they always smile. Location is good-there are malls and restaurants just beside the hotel. Rooms and the entire hotel is very clean; great view on our room; the quality of the fixtures and linens/bedding is very elegant. The buffet breakfast was superb. Perfect! Customer service was awesome.

The bathrobes are so dusty! It gave me allergies!

Pleasant stay. Accommodating staff. Good amenities and food. Very comfortable room. However, I could have received a 500 voucher for their bar if I book the hotel directly from them (same price) (this may serve as tip to other customer).

This hotel is relatively new. It is clean, neat and tidy. It has a parking, restaurant on the ground and a bar on the roof deck. Buffet breakfast offered a lot of menu choices. However, the deluxe bedroom is a bit small compared to other hotels with the same star rating but lower nightly rate. Its double bed was comfortable, T&B has more decent space though. Overall, I would rate it 3 out of 5 taking into account these factors: location, staff, comfort, value for money.
