The service is so bad! I booked 2 rooms for a family of 5 including my parents. It's unbelievable that even though I had confirmed via email about the extra bed for the 5th person and it was confirmed, when I checked in, the receptionist had no information about this. The funny and unacceptable thing is that they arranged 2 rooms for us on 2 different floors, one on the 2nd floor and one on the 5th floor! When I proactively asked if I could have a room next to each other the next day, they arranged it for me; you should have been proactive instead of letting me ask, the service is so bad! For breakfast, I could only eat eggs and some fruits, the quality of the rest was poor. The only plus point is that the bellman (sorry I forgot his name) was very enthusiastic. I give 2/5 points, plus 1 point because I forgot something and he kept it for me. The hotel location is really good so I am really disappointed with the service I received, you guys can definitely do better!
