I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The floor in my room was visibly dirty, and the entire bedroom had a terrible, unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable to stay. The staff was not welcoming or helpful at all. Instead of feeling like a guest, I felt like an inconvenience. Customer service was cold and unfriendly, which only made the experience worse. To top it off, the breakfast was extremely poor very limited options and low quality overall. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely would not stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean room and delicious breakfast. There’s a charge per water bottle in the fridge (I think 6R) so it’s worth remembering how many were consumed for check-out

Ótima estadia, o quarto estava bem limpo, a climatização muito boa, e o atendimento foi sem igual, muito bom. Recomendo a estadia!

It’s been around since the sixties, but they’ve done a great job of keeping it up. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Tem que melhorar um pouco mas

Hotel agradável e confortável, equipe ótima, com excelente atendimento, e muito bem localizado. Se precisar de uber até as 06h30min, terá dificuldades pois a rua fica fechada para prática de esportes (muito legal, inclusive). Mas um desconforto para quem pretende sair de manhã cedo.

O banheiro estava com vazamento no vaso. Nos colocaram num quarto nos fundos que é a categoria mais barata e não quiseram trocar. Tinha caranguejo passeando pelo corredor.

Hotel simples, antigo e com cheiro de mofo. Café da manhã básico.

Sabonete horrível, travesseiros finos e duros, som alto pela manhã. Café da manhã fraquíssimo. Cobraram R$ 2,00 da minha filha por emprestar um garfo e faca

O cardápio de café da manhã era fresco e bom, mas repetitivo, fiquei durante 5 dias. Quarto limpo e arejado.

Otimo bar. Otima pisicna. Otima localização ao lado de varios restaurantes
