Ana was sensational in her help in accomodating our early arrival, even upgrading us. Her recommendations on things to do was great The room was beautiful. Evening drinks on the rooftop were a bonus. Only problem was carrying bags 3 floors.

excellent experience ! only issue ( but to be expected in a heritage building ) was the stairs - not great for carrying heavy luggage, but ana was incredibly communicative & very helpful. she gave great directions for finding the hotel, for check in & check out. would stay here again. & definitely take advantage of the rooftop.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is very central and close to everything. We loved the balcony with a nice view overlooking the streets and a view of the water. Front desk is only certain hours, but Ana the host was amazing and so responsive. We had a situation and needed her assistance with a key, and she was immediately able to help us which we greatly appeciated! Only feedback would be the wifi was not great in the room. However, we would happily stay again!

The only suggestion I have is to add a glass door for the shower. But the location, the furniture, the staff, the roof top, everything was amazing.

Didn't like the fact there were too many stairs very difficult to bring up or down large suitcases. Should mention on their website that the hotel doesn't have great accessibility. Especially for seniors. Also the bathroom shower was not maintained it leaked badly all over the floor. Did not always have hot water. We wouldn't stay there again. The cleaning service was great and the front desk staff.

No elevator, no front desk receptionist, if forget key at midnight then sleep on the street for $200.

Beautiful room, Ana was very friendly and welcoming, and communication was timely. It’s right in the center of Split so easy to sight see and find restaurants and bars. The rooftop terrace was very cool although the clouds and rain kept us from taking full advantage of that perk.

Ana, the property Manager was very helpful in recommending different restaurants and things to do in the area made the trip very enjoyable. The property is located in a perfect spot for restaurants, shopping, and all of the conveniences in Split

We had a wonderful stay! It was located in the best place for touring Split. The suite was immaculate and love the views from the roof top terrace. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Ana was a super host ! Thank you

We had a fantastic short stay at Procurator 7. The room was very well presented all the utilities you could need. Situated in the old town, everything was only a few minutes walk away. The coast, local restaurants and Diocletian's palace was on our door step! Ana was very helpful and friendly throughout. Would recommend

My stay at Procurator 7 Luxury Rooms in Split’s Old Town was exceptional. This boutique gem offers stylish, spotless rooms just steps from Diocletian’s Palace and the Riva. Ana, the manager, was warm and attentive, ensuring a perfect visit with her personalised care. Even though our check-in time was late, she patiently waited for us.

Ana also graciously allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, making our final day in Split stress-free and enjoyable. Perfect location in the city centre and a beautiful room. The staff were very well organised and welcoming.

Property was so pretty. Not your standard hotel room. Ana was lovey with her communication and meeting me. Great location with everything at your feet. Lots of stairs to the room so if you cannot take stairs this isn’t a property for you.
