I really like everything in this excellent hotel and they accept your pets!

El hotel en general está bien. Se ve que hay partes que no han terminado de restaurar, pero bien. El único pero que pongo es que los elevadores son muy lentos y cuando se acumula gente la espera puede ser de varios minutos.

Attractive swimming pools, beautiful beaches, and attentive staff members. We really enjoyed our stay at the Princess.

2 pools were out of service Food was not good And they were painting the walls in my rooms floor

The rooms could be better but for a business hotel it is ok

El servicio es terrible, mas de dos horas para hacer el check in, el hotel esta demasiado viejo y descuidado, la limpieza es pesima.

El hotel está viejo, sucio y en malas condiciones. La cafetera de la habitación tenía algo podrido adentro y el olor era insoportable. No le han dado mantenimiento a nada. En el gym no servía más que una caminadora.

Beautifully renovated rooms and property. The place is first class. Service is good, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, nice bedding, new furnishings and amenities. The walk in showers have great water pressure. Overall I would recommend.

Buen servicio en general

The hotel was beautiful, and the room was nice, but we had to request for our toilet to be fixed 3 times, then we had no A/C through the night. No attempt to make it right was offered.

Excellent service!

Beautiful resort, great spa, food is good, big gym, rooms spacious (most of them with recent renovations). Def would recommend.
