Clean room, nice staff, nice breakfast, good localization

My go to hotel when in Palamos to visit family and friends. Always enjoy my stay. Breakfast buffet is good and daily menu is varied and interesting.

A bit tired, but it is the end of the season

This hotel has a quality about it that reminds you of days gone by but with a modern twist. There’s a touch of Cuba mixed in with 1970’s Spanish tourist hotel. The food is excellent and the staff are very attentive. There was a problem one evening with what sounded like a door swinging back and forward in the wind but it didn’t last long before someone fixed it.

Fantastic stay, a lovely hotel in a great location, staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good with lots of choice and all in all the hotel was great value for money , I would definitely stay there again.

Although a bit old, this is a charming hotel. I booked a night for 114 Euros, what a deal at that location. The room was plenty large and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was small but very functional. The vibe is great and comfy. Parking was super easy right at the beach very close to the hotel. And only 12 Euros overnight. Restaurants are plenty in this part of the town. I would definitely be back!

Nice area close to shopping and many restaurants

It was all great just it'd been perfect if attention to detail been taken, like a dirty TV remote. Overall, great money for quality, as hotel been recently refurbished and variety of food options for breakfast. We will definitely come back.

I thought the property was well cared for and beautiful on the outside. The staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. I was disappointed with the rooms as they were not pristine like the outside. There was a curtain that covered the closet instead of a door. The bathroom tiles were beautiful but what should have shined as black and white were marred by months or years of not cleaning properly and many were tan rather than white. I think more attention to finishes (removing spattered paint) would help this space.

Great hotel and bar-restaurant downstairs. Lively atmosphere even though everywhere else was quiet. Really enjoyed our stay.

El Hotel Marina estaba impecable y muy limpio.

Ok hotel for the price you pay but we wished we hadn’t booked it and paid twice as much for something different t if that meant we would sleep at night. The walls are super thin and you hear everything around you. I was able to tell when the neighbor got a text message or went to the toilet, not to mention guests on the hallway on and doors being slammed every few minutes. On top of that, the sheets were pilling so we would get up every morning covered in white pieces of fabric (beware laying down in a black t-shirt). The staff was very polite and friendly and the location was great.

Great Hotel, the city is great for walking. Great beaches and cafe everywhere.

Overall this is a great b&b. The location is fantastic, in the main town, near lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Only a few minutes stroll to the promenade and beach. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant downstairs. The room was basic but clean and modern with a fantastic shower. The only suggestion for an improvement would be tea/coffee making facilities and a drinks fridge in the room.
