Room was clean but the receptionist was quite rude when I went to take my luggage back

We enjoyed our stay here. This hotel is conveniently located near the central square. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Staff were very friendly and informative. Breakfast was excellent, the bar was nice and felt relaxing. The hotel is walkable to the main attractions and the railway station. If I was in Aachen again I would book here.

A convenient location near the historic center and central attractions of Aachen. No restaurant, but a moderately popular bar in the evenings. Apparently a popular breakfast spread (18 euros) which I did not partake. Very clean room (with a mini fridge) and comfortable bed. The location near the bus station was a little off putting during the day with large crowds, but was quiet at night. Overall very pleasant.

Location was great for us, close to the apartment of a friend we were visiting, and easy walking distance to the old town/cathedral area. The actual area where the hotel is located was not great at night, but we did not feel unsafe. Room was large, easy to use for our week's stay and lots of storage to organize our belongings.

Good place. Nicely renovated. Room was somewhat small, but my fault for trying to be a little cheap. Allow dogs and in general the staff is friendly and breakfast is good.

The place was a lovely hotel not far from the Christmas market. All staff and facilities excellent, the room was on the smaller side but had everything we needed. The breakfast was a bit expensive at €18.50 per head so we decided not to purchase breakfast. The hotel does have parking but only 18 spaces for the whole hotel which are never available. There is a multistorey car park opposite the hotel which is €18 per 24hrs max

It was hard to find as street names kept changing. We were able to enjoy the city as everything was nearby.

Excellent location—easy walking distance to the cathedral/Town Hall area, restaurants, shopping, etc.

When we arrived we were concerned about the location (across the street from the main bus terminal), but we found parking (next door garage) and walked to the hotel to check in. Very simple, clean and nice - Peasantly surprised. The front desk team was very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, modern, clean and looked brand new! Come to find out that were not as far from the cathedral area as we thought - Just a two/three block walk, and you are in the heart of the city! Convenient, safe, quiet, and even a good breakfast.

The premium hotel rooms have no soundproofing, we were awakened by our neighbours going number 1. And then the tv went on and we could enjoy that. Initially the reception was super nice, but when we wanted to check out earlier, it was bit of kartuffle to pay only the one night.
