Room was good, however night porter service appalling. Was advised on check in if coming back after 11 there is a night porter service to let you in. We arrived back at 12.10 so needed to use this option, but the number on the door no one answered, the main hotel number that you chose the reception option, no one answered, we were outside in the cold for approximately 20 mins trying to get in. We also banged the door and the doorbell wasn’t working. We went round the back where some residents were still in the bar and they let us in after showing our room key to show we were staying there. The issue was that the night porter was in the bar so wasn’t answering any telephones but surely there must be a mobile that is on them at all times so this issue doesn’t arise?? Appreciate they may be wandering around the hotel but how do you make contact without them having a mobile on them?? Service needs to be improved!

We stay several times a year and we are never let down. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Rooms are always very clean. Food is always spot on. Highly recommend

Lovely spacious, comfortable, warm, quiet and clean room. Nice hotel with a pub and good facilities for weddings and conferences. Wedding venue 2 minute from room. Parking free, convenient and safe.

Great stay just outside Great Grimsby. Had a meal inn the Pig & Whistle, having the Beef and Ale pie in suet pastry. Very crisp crust that melted away when shown the knife. Pudding was lemon meringue! Had a nice beer as well. Will be back!

Service and food amazing. A few minor things need improving such as cobwebs in the room and shower head but very clean otherwise.

Lovely meals Friendly staff

Lovely room. We stayed for a wedding. The room was lovely and large. With a roll top bath. In a decent sized bathroom We were upstairs in the courtyard so had low windows overlooking the carpark. But was quiet. No One bothered us

Everything was excellent apart from our room. An executive room was booked and we were disappointed as it looked nothing like the pictures on their website.It was small I went back to reception to check we had not been given a standard room.I think some rooms are better than others and we were unlucky.

Check in easy and room was lovely and clean. Had a drink in the bar when met up with friends but wow the prices are a little steep I thought! Breakfast was ok but for the price isn’t wasn’t great! Overall it was ok

We had a great stay over at Healing Manor. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food and accommodation excellent. The grounds and gardens are beautifully kept so it was a pleasure to sit outside with a glass of fizz. We left feeling totally chilled and relaxed. Thank you xx
