Lovely little guest house, not far from local shops better than some hotels we have stayed in.

Home away from home, secure parking...friendly and excellent Breakfast. I had a bit of trouble finding where to enter and park.

Whilst the property was adequate, i am not sure how it got the 9.8 rating. The room had not been decorated in many years, with patches of threadbare carpet and the shower area had multiple mold patches. Being a low tariff i can see how difficult it must be to make changes, but really feel it was in need of a total upgrade. Strange smell in room. Owners friendly and breakfast was good.

The room was very sufficient, breakfast was served quickly and hot. Parking was very good behind electric gates.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff superb. This is the fifth time I have been back and will go again next year. I would highly recommend to anyone

Clean and tidy room with tea/coffee facilities. Good bathroom with good shower controls. Excellent breakfast - good back bacon (not the usual catering rubbish) cooked to order and drinkable coffee well. Excellent service from friendly owner. Good parking. Would recommend.

The room we were in needs a proper deep clean. The bed linen and towels were fine. The breakfast was lovely and the dining room clean.

Comfiest B & B bed we've ever slept in and pillows were nice and soft. There was even a fan provided, as we stayed during the heatwave! 2 bottles of water provided each day and the breakfast was lovely. Would stay here again!
