Nice hotel but a bit dated. The pool was nice. The location is great. Lovely walk into the town centre. There is no air conditioning so had to have to balcony doors open and it was quite noisy. The main issue was the fold down bed was missing 2 slats right in the middle which made it very uncomfortable. Mentioned it to the staff in the morning and didn’t even get an apology - they just noted it down. Good, extensive breakfast. Bad Mergentheim is a lovely town - highly recommend a visit.

This hotel sits right at the “Kurpark” in Bad Mergentheim. Many of the neighbors are specialty clinics helping people with various illnesses. The quietness and easy pace of the locale is expressed in the hotel as well. The property is well maintained and the personnel is friendly and effective. The breakfast buffet is really good. I heartily recommend this hotel!

The only thing I have to complain about in the hotel is the restaurant. The breakfast is perfect but their selection of food for dinner is very lacking, and seems more like a cafeteria with deep-fried food.

We stayed here because we were attending a family party in a nearby village. While the decor might be a little outdated, the hotel is very clean, has a bar open night, and a free breakfast with a wide variety of offerings that would put any US hotel to shame! We had a suite which also had a huge balcony, big windows to open for fresh air and plenty of space to move around. Highly recommend!

Located in a beautiful setting, beside a large park, this hotel is worth the stay. Staff are professional and helpful with ample parking in the area. Very nice hotel indeed.

Beautiful quiet location in the park. The sauna and pool were great. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. On the downside, WiFi signal was very poor and the room on the smaller side.

Nice hotel with lots of amenities. Good restaurant with a combo of local cuisine and other European food. Breakfast is outstanding. Location right on park, near thermal baths, is ideal, but a bit far from town center to eat in other restaurants, tho' theirs is great as mentioned. No aircon, but it was cool for our early Oct. stay. Could be hot in mid summer. Free parking is a bit scarce, may need to park on street in front of hotel, at a minimal charge.

This was a nice clean hotel. Great location. The rooms were very spacious. Great breakfast in the morning.

Great hotel directly on the Bad Mergentheim Kur Park. The breakfast buffet is a wonder to behold. German summers are getting hotter and the hotel does not have air conditioning. We bought a small room fan.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We booked the hotel because it is about 40 minutes from where we wanted to go and had a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was ice cold, so we could not use it. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I would offer more options at dinner. Breakfast had something for everyone. We would stay again.

A hotel that needs a loving hand to get back in the game

Et fint hotel, men det var meget slidt, og der var ikke nogen air condition, hvilket gjorde at værelset blev meget varmt.

Vi bookede et hotel med pool, da børnene havde siddet i bilen længe. Men vi kunne ikke bruge poolen , da der var svømning( hold træning ) af små børn. Vi skulle være stille og kun måtte bruge et lille hjørne, Restaurant personalet kiggede på os hele tiden, som om vi var uønsket og ville først ikke finde et bord, da vi ikke havde booket i forvejen. Til morgenmaden fik vi elevator blikke og intet godmorgen. Sengen på værelset var dog god og vi fik en god natte søvn; men vi kommer aldrig igen, trods vi ikke følte os velkommen på noget tidspunkt

Reint og fint. Herlig badeanlegg med hage og solstoler all inclusive. Nydelig park i området bak med utescene. Godt utvalg i middagsbuffeten. Frokosten var bra. Ingen AC på rommet, veldig varmt. Utgang til hagen var stengt fra rommet og gjerdet var litt slitt og møkkete.
