The staff were okay, and the location was excellent, not far from the checkpoint. There are many restaurants and bars behind the hotel, easily accessible on foot. The rooms were clean enough, but quite old, the air conditioner was very noisy, and the hotel is next to a road, so there's noise all day and night. This might be a problem for light sleepers. Overall, it's good value for the price.

When I walked in to check in at the counter, there was one staff standing and talking on a phone. That’s fine and so I waited and did not see there was another man sitting behind the counter. He treated me as if I was not existed. So later when I saw him, I had to ask him to allow me to check in. No one also informed me about breakfast. So later I can back to the reception counter and only knew after asking that where to have breakfast and there was no breakfast couple required. There was also nothing much nearby the hotel. The location is disappointed. Breakfast also not good and thus I skipped.
