The location is great - just steps away from restaurants and R. Augusta promenade. Convenient access to metro from the riverfront and Praça do Comércio. The building is historic but updates inside and the room was comfortable. Communication was great with the host team and when we contacted them with an issue, there was a prompt response and the staffer - Fabio - went above and beyond to accommodate our family.

Very neat/clean place, in the middle of all the attractions. The staff were supportive and considerate, communicated well and helped with all our needs. The only drawback was that our dryer did not work.thank you Numa for your hospitality, Fatin

Dishwasher was full of dishes. There was nonworking internet. Tried using the app no response. Called the number explained the situation said they would handle next day no internet and no communication. By night we had internet. We decided to leave early informed them. Never hear back. Scanned the QR code to check out as we left. Went on app and checked out. Never heard anything. Otherwise. Great location. Clean apartment. Not a lot of extras. Had to buy large laundry detergent because all that was available at supermarket. Most dishes i assume were in the dishwasher which we didn't touch.

The space was very large and clean, but the sofa (which is a hide-a-bed) was extremely uncomfortable to sit on and very stained/worn. I would have expected better quality for the price. Be warned, the kitchen is supplied with only basic dishes and equipment. Instructions for how to use the dishwasher, oven, AC, and washing machine would have been helpful. The apartment is conveniently located and secure with a mini market at street level. We didn’t realise daily cleaning and replenishing of toilet paper etc was included until the last day - take advantage of this if you stay! It is in a beautiful old building that has been renovated and otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, easy check in - bed not the comfiest and could hear music from the store below (honestly not that big of an issue, only bothered us while trying to get past the jet lag)

Clean rooms, well-lit, sparsely decorated, but in the heart of Lisbon with everything close by.

The place was dirty and uncomfortable. The only good thing was its location.

The property is in an excellent location and is very close to many attractions. The room we got was exactly like how it is pictured (2 bed rooms - 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and 2 sofa beds). The only hiccup we had was check-in process. We checked in online and received the codes for the main entrance and for our room, but when we arrived, the code for the main entrance did not work so we ringed the doorbell and someone opened the door for us. We tried reaching out to the property admin to get a new code via Whatsapp and via phone but nobody answers, until the next morning. luckily, we got a entrance code from another guest so we used it temporarily until they responded to us with a new code the next day.

Location was good. Amenities were good. It was a nice size but pretty basic. Only one small amount of natural light.

I had a disappointing experience with this stay. The code provided for the main door was incorrect, and communication with the host was poor throughout the process. Furthermore, when I finally entered the apartment, the washing machine was still running with a load inside.

The apartment was dirty and in a poor state of repair. The bed was uncomfortable, the hardest we’ve ever slept on, with hard lumpy pillows. We had no toilet paper on arrival and despite what sapping the 24 hour help line it took over 24 hours to get toilet paper! However the worst thing about staying was the noise. Not just the traffic noise and trams rattle ing the windows as they passed, but loud thumping music and the noise of the supermarket below the apartment. Awful place, would not recommend.

House keepers were very nice and friendly, room was clean. Check in process was complicated and delayed due to not receiving any emails prior to check in day despite them asking for my email and they sent information through text to my phone number instead (which I couldn't receive)

The location is excellent, every tourist attraction is nearby, very lively area with a lot of restaurants bars around. We traveled with family it felt safe and good neighborhood. There interior of the apartment is newly renovated. We had comfortable stay. The instructions were adequate and help as available all times.

The good things about this property: 1. Location: absolutely unbeatable as it is in middle of everything. There’s a supermarket literally downstairs. Numerous dining and shopping options within literally steps. All major tourist attractions are either with walking distance or conveniently accessible by public transportations regardless of Metro, Suburban railway, TRAM, or bus. It’s also only 25min away from airport by Uber. 2. The condition of the unit itself is nice with sizable living room/kitchen and a bedroom. The layout is also suitable for a couple with kids. The apartment is very safe with heavy metal gate downstairs and daily cleaning crew. Not so good/to be improved: 1) the bathroom, although of a good size, has ventilation issues. there’s no window so the ceiling ventilator needs to be upgraded to a bigger, more powerful one. Bad ventilation on top of perhaps plumbing issue which leads to leaking after showers caused an unpleasant smell that can’t go away. Owner needs to order a plumbing service and replaces the ceiling ventilator. 2) there’s a washer/dryer machine in the unit but it doesn’t dry laundry even though the drying process takes 3-4hrs to complete. Owner provides an ikea drying rack which is nice but the clothes will be too wet out of machine to dry within a reasonable amount of time on that rack. 3) Wi-Fi is very unstable. Can be hit or miss.
