The worst Hampton I have ever been. It is really a avarage three star hotel. Low pressure in shower, cheap materials. Toilet broken, no toilet paper. WiFi weak, cold in the room even with heating.

What we liked: This is one of the best hotels in the city. The location, cleanliness, interior design and aesthetics, and staff were excellent. What we didn't like: In our apartment, located on the 12th floor, the hot water was cold every time we turned on the faucet, and we had to wait about 20 minutes for the water to get hot enough to shower. The air conditioning temperature was not adjustable in the room; only the fan speed was adjustable. The air conditioning seemed to work in all common areas except the breakfast room.

Very nice and fancy room. The big disepointing thing was when i found out they dont have a shuttle as advestized on their website.

Good place to stay, even if there are many other options in Iasi. It was a busy weekend and we were lucky to find availability here

We stayed at the hotel for a mid-April weekend. The hotel is in a great location. A 10-minute walk to the Plas mall and the beautiful cultural center and a 20-minute walk from the Julius mall and the huge shopping center behind the mall. The room was very spacious Comfortable bed and very clean room. The breakfast is delicious and abundant and with a huge selection. Delicious coffee. Belgian waffle. We really enjoyed ourselves. The reception staff is very kind and especially Yoana who gave us a great explanation about the place with kindness and a smile. See her photo. It would have been nice if the lady in the dining room was a little more smiley although she did a great job and everything that ran out was taken care of by her. The towels are great and huge. Highly recommend this hotel Hampton by Hilton and we will definitely be back.

The breakfast is really lacking in quality and the service was not very friendly when we asked for more food at the buffet.

The breakfast was not enough for all the guests, had to wait more than 30 min for an omelette. If you want to eat breakfast at choice you need to be there before 8:30.

Unlike the advertising, there is no pool in this hotel !!! We booked a summer vacation with little kids and we chose this hotel especially because of the pool! Luckily, after a complaint to Expedia, we received compensation -money for another pool . It's not comfortable, but at least our vacation wasn't completely ruined. The girls at the reception are lovely! They understood us and wanted to help but they had no way to solve the problem..

Pros: new hotel, clean, very good breakfast, excellent value overall. Cons: no fridge in room, shower only had warm or very hot water. There was no cold water in the shower.

AC, AC, AC…..not working, everything else was fine

Room was lovely air conditioning was very strong

Iaşi city centre was a short walk from the hotel. Hotel was quite modern which is something I personally like. Staff were friendly and helpful.
