Clean room and lovely spa

Overall good hotel, great location

Great stop over, didn't get time to use the spa

First time at this hotel but definitely not the last. Grounds were wonderful, staff went above and beyond and couldn't have been more helpful. Room was lovely and food was excellent. As part of out booking we could access the Spa facilities so had access to sauna, pool and steam room which was a nice surprise.

We did have a good stay but on arrival in our room, we found clothes drying, we guess from the previous occupant, which then made us question if the room had been fully cleaned. We were assured it was but we had doubts: 1. The floor in the bathroom looked like it had never met a mop, 2. The carpet across the room was in terrible condition, it looked like bleach had been used to clean it and there were red spots, we did point this out but we're told carpets were being changed in a couple of weeks 3. The cistern controls did not look like they had been sanitised from previous occupancy. 4. Same with door handles 5. Same with the retractable mirror, finger prints all over it. We saw and heard cleaning and moaning going on but never saw a mop, and it seemed like only bedding was being changed. Otherwise the facilities are fantastic, great pool and spa.

What a lovely hotel and incredible staff! I arrived later than planned following a late booking and 8 hour drive. Thankfully, this was not an issue and the reception staff were friendly and helped me find a parking space before directing me to my room. No fuss, no problem. I then enquired about dinner, having dropped off my bags, and was looked after incredibly well by Brian and Anita. They acknowledged my coeliac disease and Brian went through the entire menu and explained what was safe to eat, and what I had to avoid. This put my mind at ease as not all places are coeliac-friendly, and the extra care and attention was very much appreciated. The same the following morning for breakfast, too. I was in a cottage room just to the side of the main hotel and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. No issues whatsoever. This really is a lovely hotel and all the staff I encountered were polite, smiling, and happy to help. Highly recommended. I will be staying here again when I find myself in the area.

My partner and I recently stayed at Best Western Kenwick Park for three nights while celebrating our 10-year anniversary, and we had a wonderful time. One of the things we loved most was the location. It felt peaceful and tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet it was still close enough to Skegness and other local attractions to make exploring the area easy. It offered the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The room was lovely, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. What really made the experience special, however, was the friendliness of the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care that guests had a great stay. I rarely give a perfect score when reviewing hotels, as I can usually find something that could be improved. However, on this occasion, I honestly can’t think of anything that detracted from our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary break from start to finish. We’ve already said that we may return around the same time next year, which is probably the best recommendation we can give. Thank you to everyone at Kenwick Park for helping make our anniversary celebration so memorable. 5/5 – Highly recommended.

Well appointed and clean rooms. Dinner in the hotel was great. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with low stock and slow service. Gym and pool were well maintained.

Lovely place Spa and pool area are absolutely fantastic and look brand new. Lodge was spotlessly clean, food was lovely, beer was nice. Definitely be returning Golf course looked great, will play it one day

The main issue I found that irritated me a little was the divan base of the double bed in our lodge was very dirty and stained . You could see it on entering the room and also when leaving the bathroom. Maybe putting a box valance on the base to cover this might be an idea as I did not expect that when paying a few hundred pounds for a 2 night stay. Also the chairs in the function room are I. Need of refurb or replacement. They are very rickety and 4 of our table had issues with the seats sliding off when seating or standing. Looked quite tired in that room in all honesty

We stayed in Lodge 15 4 bedrooms was perfect for the 5 of us, lovely clean modern lodge great facilities. However it was really hot and mattresses were really uncomfortable, didn’t get much sleep which was annoying. At breakfast it was really busy and they were short staff so service was slow. Leisure club is brilliant, lovely pool & gym. Annoying that you have to book your hour slot for the pool in advance and pay £1 for towels.

Hotel was nice, Staff Just shame I had someone in the room above me. He was basically up all night until 5 am and I had worked the next morning. I mention this to the staff and they said there was nothing they could do Not very helpful

Room was clean however if we were to stay again we would choose inside hotel as we had a courtyard room and it was very noisy . Food was lovely but spoilt by unruly children on a table not hotels fault but maybe separate areas for dining .. Staff were fabulous especially Tasha on reception and Annette in the dining room

Room was fantastic only spoilt by the head falling off when the shower turned on

Our room was large and very very clean and with tea making facilities, the staff were great and very polite, breakfast is self service but with lots of options and very good quality. The spa lis amazing a very large pool with hot tubs inside and outside.
