Property a little tired but very clean and staff are very nice. Rooms functional we were upgraded to a beautiful view, only complaint the hearing was in a timer and the room was very cold. They gave us an electric heater which took the chill off.

The room was nice and clean, the bathroom was ok not a lot of room in it. The staff were polite and welcoming. The bar was nice and had plenty of drinks to choose from. The restaurant was ok, the breakfast was good plenty too choose like cereals, pastries and full English breakfast

We stopped over for the night to visit Bath, lovely peaceful place, lovely scenery but bit away from the main Bath area from bars and restaurants. There was nothing much we could eat from the dinning menu so drove to Bath to get a bite to eat. May be more choices on the dining menu would have been great. The breakfast was lovely and Hotel very clean. It's a nice little getaway for a chilled out stay.

Good clean room, bit dated but characterful.

We had travelled about 190 miles for a wedding, arriving about 12:30 and looking for suitable facilities to change in, only to be offered the use of the disabled toilet. Far from ideal, but we managed. The room like the hotel looked dated, with only 1 packet of biscuits for the 2 of us, only bathroom amenities was a small round of hand soap, a pump dispenser of soap and shampoo over the bath, and the shower wasn't up to much either. The location and views were really nice.

The internet/Wi-Fi kept cutting off intermittently and I was constantly having to sign back in to it, which was really annoying. On my last day it took me 7 attempts to sign in to it, which is ridiculous. Breakfast was good especially having fresh milk with tea - so hate long life milk. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful - can't praise them enough. We did have a fire alarm go off at 3.40 am one morning, which turned out to be a false alarm. None of the staff said anything to anyone in the morning, which I found very bad, as an explanation of being woken at 3.40 am by an alarm which sounded similar to an American tornado warning was not fun!

We was welcomed with a smile and great energy. All questions were answered upon arrival. The room was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet and it was delicious all locally sourced food and you could taste it. The views from the hotel are breathtaking definitely something you miss when coming home. All members of staff had a smile on their face and were very welcoming. The bar is lovely 2 open fires were perfect to sit next to and relax for the evening. Town is about 20 minutes drive I don’t know about bus service. We will definitely be back missing it already

Room was clean and comfortable all staff that we had dealings with were friendly polite and helpful. Food provided for breakfast was also nicely presented tasty and filling. We didn’t use the restaurant for evening meals so can’t comment on those but the menu looked delicious.

The staff were superb.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Good breakfast and restaurant food. Could do with half net curtains at windows in room 3 so that residences up the hill cant look in.

All very nice Catlin the waitress was very polite! The other staff on duty were also helpful.

The rooms were clean and tidy and updated each day. The staff were excellent as was the restaurant.

The hotel was brilliant , warm and welcoming, meals were fantastic,friendly and helpful staff . Our room was on the third floor with lift going to second floor leaving with some steps to the room. Our room was comfy,warm plenty of tea and coffee. Theres a bus stop at the end of the road if you wish to catch a bus to bath . Staff very helpful with info on this. Certainly will stay again.
