I was made to feel very welcome and was very comfortable here. The bed was large and comfortable, television great. The breakfast unexpected was lovely to have cereal, yogurt. Milk, apple juice, biscuits and tea/coffee/chocolate. I shared a bathroom which was fine as vloseby, I had my own toilet and sink which was great. The house looked in need of repair and there was a damp smell. It is uphill from the village so need to take. £5 taxi from the station up. The walk downhill on a narrow busy road is about 15mins and easy enough. There is a luggage storage near the station search for bounce and book it in if needed. Oban is small and cute.

The host was not very nice, the room was extremely small, there was no hair dryer, the room smelled musty, there was no place to park, and it was expensive. Enough said.

Great B&B . Everything we needed for an overnight stay in Oban before heading to the ferry to Mull .Very convenient and good fitness waking up the hill to the property . Taxi if not inclined to walk up hills . Really nice touch to have the breakfast cereals , juice and yogurt . Thank you .

Great property for a quick overnight stay between island hoping on the Western Isles. Nice and quiet location rather than the hustle and bustle of Oban town centre.

No cat didnt need laundry bedding very clean and fresh

The room was immaculately clean. As a female I was given the room with a toilet which was appreciated. There was cereal in the room and a fridge with drinks and yoghurt so it was well thought out. The room was very good value. My only thought is that the entrance into the front garden could have been better. There were 2 bags of what could have been cement lying at the entrance which was already quite narrow so not the best when carrying a heavy suitcase. But parking was very handy and the landlady was very friendly. I would recommend this for value and cleanliness.

The host was very kind! I appreciated the drinks and snacks in the room and the comfortable bed! It was so cozy and warm! Check in was easy as I arrived late in the evening all the instructions were posted for me :) I would definitely stay again!

Really nice place with our private bathroom. The host was amazing, and even offered to do our laundry for a very reasonable fee.

Place was clean and the host was super kind. A bit of an uphill walk if youre coming from the town but it is really close to a lovely viewpoint that overlooks the town. Very nice at sunset!

It was a very cozy, clean, and well appointed room. Nice little touches like snacks, soft drinks, juice, milk, yogourt, and cereal left for guests.

This place is great! The innkeeper is super sweet and helpful. Parking is easy for a town that has very little free parking. It's a ten-minute walk to downtown. Great, cute room. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

The venue is up a gradual slope, being around a 10 minute walk from the town centre however the view of the harbour during the walk is beautiful. Being close to the pulpit hill viewpoint makes a nice trip being only a couple minutes walk from the venue. Carolyn was very welcoming and seeing me as a female sole traveler, made me feel very safe and gave me suggestions for the best places to visit. The bedroom was perfect and although it is a shared bathroom, which I was nervous about, this proved to be no problem at all. The cute little breakfast selection and variety of refreshments were just lovely. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to Oban !
