Super clean, spacious, modern. Very friendly staff. Would stay again.

The staff were very lovely friendly and helpful. There is stairs you must take to hotel but lift at the hotel. In saying that departing (upstairs) they staff helped me with luggage and to meet bolt. Room was small and funny design but would definitely stay again.

What a FABULOUS little hotel! Perfect location for exploring Valletta, and within 10min walk of the main tourist attractions, the fast ferry to Gozo, the boats to the 3 cities and the main bus station. Great restaurants & bars close by. Amazing buffet breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. I felt at home from the moment I arrived. Room was clean, well equipped, quiet, and comfortable. Free WiFi. I would recommend staying here without reservation, and will be back!! Just know that it is on a stepped pedestrianised lane so you can’t be dropped off / picked up directly outside - not a prob for me - but you need to be able to drag or carry your luggage to the door.

A lovely boutique hotel very central and convenient in Valletta and everything is in walking distance. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had limited options but very adequate. Staff werr welcoming and friendly. Only couple of issues why i didn't give 5 stars. We've had a room with no windows and the air con in that room is not powerful enough. We've turned it down to 16c (lowest you can set) and we were still too hot and had couple of bad night sleep due to waking up at night for being too hot. The air con seems to be a small old unit so not too surprising it is not powerful enough. We've asked the receptionist but seems that there were nothing much they could do. The other issues we've had was the room not being able to open. The staff told us this was due to the battery in the lock being low. They did fix this the next day for us so it didn't cause too much inconvenience to our stay. Overall nice hotel and would consider staying again if air con issue can be resolved.

The staff were very helpful. Pam and Ann Marie were great. Right in the heart of Valletta. The breakfast was amazing. In hindsight, too many cappuccinos were ordered 😀. The downside is if you had large luggages that we had, many stairs to reach to the hotel. We found out later that the staff,if notified, would help with luggage….we used this service upon our departure.

This is a wonderful little hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. The location is great for proximity to restaurants and the sites of Valletta, although you need to be OK with steps and steep roads. It is not too far to the bus station from where you can get anywhere and only 5 minutes walk to the Gozo fast ferry. The breakfast was excellent considering how few rooms there are here. Finally, the hotel arranged a car to get back to the airport and the driver comes to the hotel and helps get luggage to the car. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect location easy walk to all the attractions in historic Valletta. Breakfast selection and service was excellent. Room was comfortable. Front desk staff friendly.

What a fabulous small hotel. Staff were genuinely friendly and very informative about where I wanted to go. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a wide range of freshly made options including local Maltese food. Very convenient but enough off the beaten track to make it quiet. Would highly recommrnd.

Wonderful stay This hotel has a magnificent location, within walking distance of the most important places of interest in Valletta. Small, cozy. Comfortable room, excellent amenities. Indulge guests with cakes, muffins and fruit at the reception. Delicious breakfast. But most importantly, the staff, very friendly, help you with everything you need to be comfortable. My gratitude to everyone, especially Mary Ann. I hope to return.

The ladies who worked the reception were the sweetest and most accommodating. They made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.

The two lady receptionists were very helpful, e.g.: asked how my room was, then fixed the problem of the air-conditioning, though it took 2 goes; quickly offering coffee as needed; helped ordering transport to the airport, coming out to where I was waiting in the next street, to say the car was stuck in traffic, then waited with me until he arrived. The balcony was pleasant but too busy sightseeing to use it.

Hotel was very run down staff unprofessional sewer smell in bathroom old food in room fridge leaky shower terrible breakfast don’t stay here

No hot water for showering. I was told to wait until the tank filled up but had to leave for a flight. Don’t stay here if you don’t lik cold showers.
