Staff was very rude at the bar. No change so would alwasy be short given change back literally threw the 5 note on the bar. Very rude 😒

Friendly staff, lovely room but no air conditioning

NO AC in the bedrooms. For a modern looking hotel, this is unacceptable. With the windows opening a centermeter or two, the room was an unbearable 27c. A small fan was all the hotel could offer. I had no soap in the bathroom and it took 2hours of asking muliple tomes before the front reception would give me soap. Breakfast was the typical hotel items, but having to ask and offten wait lengthy periofs for items to be replaced. Overall, a VERY VERY POOR experience and I most certainly will not be experiencing that hotel again.

Really nice hotel, large bar and dining area with plenty of seating. Car parking plenty as well. Staff were polite and friendly. Pool area was nice, with steam room and sauna. Free padlock for the lockers from the pool reception. Food was really nice and plenty full, portions sizes were good even the kids meals. Breakfast was nice with food variety. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable, bathroom on the small side but ok. The only issues we had was the cleanliness of the cutlery, there was still residue of food on the folks and knifes and had to ask staff to change our cutlery, this was also noted withing the cutlery tub at breakfast. Overall good experience.

Property was ok. Not enough staff. Service very slow. Sofa bed in family room virtually unusable….springs poking through….incredibly uncomfortable. Room very hot even with air con switched in.

Shame about the check in as was not a warm welcome even with the warm cookies which were very good. The hotel was clean and spacious bedroom but all getting a bit dated. Would stay again though if in the area.

Clean room with good facilities, however very noisy room.

The staff were really helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the room and the facilities, the pool etc. The welcome was good and the large cookie loved by the kids. Parking was easy and a good location easy to find

Great location and excellent facilities on site. Room was spotless. Bar prices reasonable. Didn’t eat on site. Only issue was pool was crammed with kids when it says the last hour is adult only so 7-8pm which didn’t happen! Would return no probs!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good value

We had a nice stay thank you. The bed was lovely and comfortable but the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and squeaked on every move!! We booked for 3 adults and a child and thought we would have had a two proper comfortable beds!! Breakfast was ok but not too impressive, expected more for a Hilton hotel!! A little disgruntled with having to pay for parking when on the internet it says free parking!!

The young waiter in the restaurant couldn’t have been more helpful on both nights. The room was a bit tired though with a ripped chair and a shower handle that would fall off when turned.

Staff were top notch from the housekeeping to reception and restaurant teams! Great location for waterpark and local shops. Most importantly the stay starts off with the best cookies I’ve ever tasted and I’m a self proclaimed home baker, Rooms were spacious and queen size beds were American sized so definitely larger than the standard uk queen/double bed . Meticulous turn down service and lovely toiletries . Definitely love this chain of hotels !

It was nice.

Lovely hotel, and super friendly and helpful staff. All the staff went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. Particular thanks to Jane, Geogia and Anca who were very helpful, friendly and professional. There were several other staff who were equally good, but I can't remember all the names. Our first time here, but we will definitely come again!

The room we had looked okay but there was lots of dirt and mould around the window and on the curtains the shower screen leaked making the floor dangerously wet, the bath cover fell off which we had to re put on the fan was broken

Overall, the room was really nice and clean, which we appreciated. However, we were quite disappointed with the breakfast we received via room service. The bacon was undercooked, the fruit was mushy, and the orange juice was served warm – not what we would expect from a Hilton-branded hotel, where a higher standard is usually anticipated. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was poor enough that we didn’t end up eating it. Honestly, we’ve had better breakfasts at Premier Inn. Additionally, we selected a specific delivery time window for our breakfast, yet it arrived earlier than requested. While it didn’t cause a major issue for us this time, it easily could have, and it’s something that could be improved. To add to the frustration, several items we chose — including pastries — were simply crossed off and never delivered. It’s surprising that a hotel of this size would run out of so many breakfast items without any prior notice or alternatives provided. We were very happy with the room itself, but unfortunately, the breakfast experience really let the stay down.
