Está todo muy bien, pero me extraña que un hotel de esta categoría no tenga TV Smart Tv para usar mi cuenta de NETFLIX. Hoy en dia todos lo tienen. El frigobar vacío. Lo demas todo muy bien.

Great place to stay if you want to see the real heart of Santiago 👍 it was my first time to Chile from USA and I love it. Great weather, great people and santiago is so laid back for such a huge city. I get like I was in Austin Texas or somewhere smaller because the hills and mountains and greenery break up the massive size of this lovely City.

It has a wonderful view from the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner options are great.

Really amazing property. It's in a very safe area, it's super clean, and the food at the restaurant was decently priced/very flavourful. Everyone in our group of 4 were pleased with out stay. The only downside was the pool water being very murky for the first few days of our stay. After we informed the front desk that there was an issue with the water, the quickly fixed it and provided us with complimentary breakfast the next day. If it wasn't for the pool water, I'd give it a 10/10. Shout out to Elias and Katarina for being amazing staff!

Fantastic hotel. Everything really good, great location. Excellent staff at front desk, front door and at the great breakfast. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Nice location, not to busy. Good restaurants close by. Room has a separate shower room to toilet room which was a bit strange.

The only thing that was not according to my expectations was the fact that the A/C did not cool down very well.

Room clean, bed comfortable. Staff helpful. A huge Mall within walking distance (1/2 kilo from hotel). A very nice restaurant on the top floor.
