We stayed at the Donna for 7 nights the rooms are of a very good standard and the cleaning team are excellent unfortunately the hotel staff are not so helpful and the life guard by the pool is very rood and thinks he’s don wan the pool and pool bar are very disappointing and the service was woeful we won’t be back it’s false advertising saying it’s a 5 star

The first thing to say is the staff are brilliant, could not be more helpful and any request was dealt with professionally and efficiently. Hotel, spa, rooms and location perfect. Would definitely recommend.

The staff couldn't do enough for us, the beach and hotel are absolutely perfect, could not of been happier with our stay.

The staff were phenomenal from check-in (especially Antonella). Spa and all amenities amazing!! We visited for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better time. Everything was lovely!

Beautiful views, very spacious room, pool and spa area is gorgeous and you could certainly spend all day there. Amenities in terms of within the room could be slightly better given the price tag and suite (mini bar and snacks were very highly priced, most hotels would be limited but free for a room such as this).

The hotel was great! Staff was so helpful and friendly. We had a room facing the water was beautiful!!

My stay at The Donna Portals var really good. I got a nice upgrade on arrival, rooms clean and neat. Service was outstanding with being driven to the padel courts or to the harbour free of charge. On the points to improve, the room had a bit of a smell from the shower sewage, and the walls are thin so you hear when the doors to nearby room closes with quite a bang. Otherwise all very good!

Very friendly staff, modern hotel in excellent location near a small cala/beach. Clean and comfortable rooms.

A truly amazing hotel! From the minute we checked in, staff were so attentive. Beautiful relaxing location. Whilst this hotel can be expensive, it is worth the money. Luxury!

Amazing stay, very clean, quiet hotel. Staff were excellent.

Im Grunde ist das Hotel ein sehr gutes und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal ist super nett. Das Restaurant vom Hotel kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Preis-Leistung ist absolut nichtgerechtfertigt. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand die liegen kosten extra. Zwei liegen und ein Schirm lagen bei 22,50€ pro Tag, jedoch konnte man auch mit dem Handtuch auf dem Sand liegen ohne weiteren Kosten. Die Preise im Hotel fand ich persönlich auch zu erhöht. Aber im Großen und Ganzen war das Hotel gut, sauber, ruhig und die Lage war super.

An exceptional hotel.. All of the staff are fantastic especially Rosa on Front Desk and Amy in the restaurant also Daniel and Francisco, everyone was welcoming and helpful. I was initially staying for 1 day but 5 days later am still here. Thank you
