Stunning views from the property, always clean and well maintained. Food is repetitive and not that many options, they have different theme dinners most days, but you can barely see any changes in dishes, although we always find something delicious. Area around is beautiful, walks are great, small beach nearby, which looked a bit dirty, there are some shops and places to eat out too. Staff are mostly friendly and happy to serve, we saw a lady that was having a bit of a meltdown looking after tables during lunch, but the rest were friendly. AI cocktails are premixed and only 5-6 available, tasted good. Beer was good too. Overall the money paid and value of the stay was great, so can't really fault it, I would recommend!

One of the best experiences I have already had in a hotel. The room is not the more luxury I have seem, but the overall experience is amazing with their food selection, show options in the evening and big pool, and the amazing view if you are luck to get the pool view. Pool access is from 10am to 7pm. There are fitness activities in the pool with instructors that is really fun. Every day at 21h30 they have a 1hour show and I really enjoyed all of them. Cala Antena is connected to the hotel, you have direct access to the beach with a quick walk and it is one of the most beautiful in the island. With 10/15 minutes walking you can reach Cala Domingos that is also such a nice beach. I definitely recommend this place. Const: - only cons I’d like to mention it that the gym has missing equipment, there are weights there like 4k, 5kg and then it jumps to 15kg ?? Where are the 7kg, 10kg, etc? So basically there are things missing in the gym. This should be easy to them to fix and hopefully is just temporary.

I visited for 4 nights with 7 friends celebrating a 50th birthday. We all loved the resort, great sized outdoor areas, lovely pools, 2 x snack bars, 2 x restaurants. We found the food and drink to be really good, so much so we didnt venture far as we enjoyed the entertainment too. There is a beautiful sandy cove to the right of the hotel, takes about 15mins to walk there and the beach bar is so lovely too. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby but not a big place. Staff were all really friendly and i wasnt hesitate returning for a fun or chill out holiday

This hotel has a lot going for it: stunning views, genuinely lovely staff who couldn’t be happier to help, and the build and facilities are really nice and impressive in the abstract: it’s a pretty hotel with great views and pools and the like!Food was mixed, albeit mostly hits: sushi night and Mexican night were particularly great, and breakfast was really good. The problem is that this feels like a premium hotel, at a premium price tag, making as many small cuts as possibly to cut costs and charge more: -Coffee was available at breakfast, but the machines turned off during other meal times; we reckon this was to cut down on how much dessert people would eat. (No coffee and cake). Premium wine at dinner for a charge. Breakfast orange juice was dilute, not real OJ. Saw a cockroach in the on day one but think it’s a one off. The poolside snack bar had burgers, chips and pizza, but only sometimes sweet treats. Basic ice lollies (freeze pops) were available, but all ice cream options, even plain ones, were an extra charge. -The Bar had signs for drinks that were not included in all inclusive: AI instead granted a discount of around 20%.. All inclusive coffee was basic and served in plastic cups, with coffee in a real cup costing extra. - we arrived at 4am and were charged for the previous days food, but were also charged €25 extra to have lunch on our check out day- Hyatt Policy. Sad to see a lovely hotel being run in austerity mode - slight changes and it’d be fab!

Very clean and comfortable bedroom - slept very well. Good breakfast- did not have any other meals as we have family who have a holiday home nearby and we ate with them. Great pool - nice cliff walks around the hotel. Very friendly and efficient staff. Good value for money.

Freezing pools. No beach access. You have to put a deposit to use beach towels which you have to pay if you want them changed. You have to pay for the safe that's in your room which makes no sense. To book for the spa, you have to go down to the reception to book & pay for your appointment. A lot of it doesn't make sense. The food was horrible but they had gluten free things so it made up a little bit.

The staff and shows were good. The property does not have beach access. The dinning experience was a disappointment and did not have enough food for the “later dinner”. Hot water only lasts a few minutes and then turns cold. The pool was ice cold and if you wanted a new towel it was 1 euro a day with a $10 deposit. Safe was in the room and the hotel charged 3.90 a day. We purchased the “all inclusive” package. These are not included.
