My 3rd visit. Great location for Lymm and surroundings. The only thing that let it down this time was the breakfast. When I first visited I was served a great full English meal, plus tea and toast. Now you are expected to make tea using an urn and to make toast in a toaster which was irritating as other people can use it at the same time and it is difficult to make toast to your own liking. Breakfast staff seemed embarrassed to have to explain the routine to each table. I mentioned it at reception and the staff seemed surprised as they pride themselves on what they serve. Otherwise great as usual.

Check in and out was easy and simple. Room was a little on the small side, but it’s only a place to sleep. Good brew station with good selection of teas. Tv, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, shower cap, 2 bed side lamps, power sockets in the room. Plenty of space to store clothes. Breakfast was freshly made with an excellent selection. Quality produce. Excellent value for money! Down sides, no mirror in the bedroom (to check clothing or do makeup) Top down shower (from the ceiling) which was very nice and powerful, but splashed all over the floor.

Our bedroom was clean & beds very nice / the bar & food was good. The hotel itself is beautiful in lovely gardens - we had super parking out the front for our car club - highly recommended.

The first room I was given smelt of smoke and the duvet cover had dust and dirt on it. This gave a very bad first impression. Fortunately I was able to move rooms, as although the hotel was fully booked some people had not yet checked in. I do hope they cleaned the room again before they did. The 2nd room was clean and comfortable. However soundproofing isn’t good and I could hear water running in adjacent bathrooms.

Been here a few times now and always find it really welcoming, staff are really friendly and willing to go out their way to serve you.

Good breakfast, for a reasonable price. Fresh fruit and yoghurt, plenty of tea and coffee and a beautifully cooked breakfast. Clean and spacious room, with a good power shower. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Staff very pleasant and helpful, breakfast good. Nice building but a bit tired. Shower door didn’t close properly and original single glazed windows meant that you could hear the traffic throughout the night

Had a great stay at Statham Lodge. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was also modern and a good size. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were very helpful. I also appreciated that the hotel offered luggage storage both before check-in and after checkout, which made things much more convenient. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent and a real highlight of the stay. Overall, a comfortable , hassle-free stay at and I would happily stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Statham Lodge Hotel. The location is beautiful, quiet and very safe, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The lodge itself has lots of character and was warm, clean and tidy throughout. There are some walking tracks nearby, which made it easy to get outside and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the reception process was fast and efficient. The room was spacious, very clean and tidy, with comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic and offered great value for money. Dinner was also excellent, with a good menu and meals that were very reasonably priced. Overall, a great stay , the place has character and is excellent value for money. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful gardens, clean rooms, friendly staff

Staff were lovely, the operations manager was great making sure all guests had everything they needed. Very attentive. Spoke to the housekeeper checking our room, she was lovely too. Rpzt!
