The staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and location is the best just steps from Avenida Masaryk!

This is an amazing property when they referred to it as a hospitality boutique they aren’t lying. The staff is unbelievable.

I would have given 6 stars if it was possible. What a uniquely nice property. Located close to everything you want yet still private. The staff were awesome, the food was great, the rooms were cozy, and the property was beautiful. Would stay here again. A++++++++

TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE, SOLO QUE SIENTO QUE LOS TOURS DESDE ESTE HOTEL SON MUY COSTOSOS, los compare con los precios que consegui con buenas empresas turisticas de mucho renombre y fiabilidad y tenian mejores precios.

Excellent staff, delicious breakfast prepared individually. Very small room (poor value for the price), steep staircase (not shown in promo photos), no elevator prohibiting handicap access and an inaccessible safe situated in a drawer under the bed

Our room at Pug Seal Polanco Allan Poe was clean and well-maintained. It was lovely to have a balcony. The staff was helpful and prompt. The common areas of the hotel were beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast was generous--wonderful to have both light buffet-type options and to be able to order off the menu. I would definitely return to this hotel, or use one of the other Pug Seal locations, and I will be recommending it to others.
